Great place to stay if you are in Jakarta.
Pros:

They provide excellent services. They even managed to provide a stool for handicap users for my mother who is wheelchair bound which is amazing. There is also a big shopping mall with lots of food outlets & supermarket next to it.

Cons:

The furniture looks a bit old. Other than that everything works fine.

I had a pleasant stay at Somerset Grand Citra. I would especially like to recognise Afriana and Rea for their excellent service. They were professional friendly and always willing to assist. Their warm attitude and attention to detail made my stay
more comfortable and enjoyable.
