Pros:

Jolie hôtel à 15min à pied du centre de Stresa, presque au bord de l'eau, du personnel qui parle français. Un petit déjeuner copieux, lit confortable, parc bien entretenu et avoir une place de parc c'est le top du top

Cons:

La clim ne fonctionnait pas avec 1 bébé c'est pas le top. Le veilleur de nuit c'est démené pour trouver un ventilateur, mais les 2 autres chambres avec nous n'avait pas de clim.. seul bémol de notre séjour

Staff here VERY good and helpful
The hotel is in a wonderful position just outside the town centre, a 15 minute walk along the lake edge. Beautiful
Room had a nice view
Breakfast is very tasty and plenty to choose from

Super hôtel et super personnel.
Pros:

Voici un hôtel tranquille, un peu à l’écart mais seulement 20 mn à pied du centre-ville. L’intérieur est super bien décoré style domus romaine, une piscine spacieuse avec remous, une grande chambre literie parfaite. Le personnel est super accueillant, parle français à l’accueil. Deux serveurs très sympathiques et efficaces vous accueillent au petit déjeuner. Ce dernier est très bien, manque peut être une omelette mais on peu y faire bouillir des oeux soi même. Le parking voiture est très bien et surveillé par caméra. Bref, presque tout est parfait.

Cons:

La chambre agréable et spacieuse est cependant un peu bruyante, si on n’entend pas les occupants voisins parler, on entend assez fortement les bruits de douche ou chasse d’eau du voisin ainsi que le moteur des volets roulants. C’est juste le petit défaut, mais bon , si nous revenons à Stresa on reviendra ici.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, nous y retournerons et le conseillerons avec plaisir :)
