Requires improvement.
Pros:

The rooms was comfortable and clean, however little bit small for family of three.

Cons:

The swimming pool area was very dirty and slippery, pool water was very harsh, lot of chlorine, my daughter had a horrible reaction to it, requiring medical attention.
Ongoing building works and constant noise from it just outside kids pool was very inconvenient.

חדרים ונוף מושלמים
Pros:

החדרים היו יפים, מרווחים ונקיים. קיבלנו סוויטת משפחה שהייתה מעוצבת מקסים ומותאמת גם לילדים, עם בובות על המיטות ואוהל טיפי למשחק, מחווה קטנה שהילדים מאוד אהבו. הנוף מהחדר היה פשוט מדהים, עם תצפית לצוקים המרשימים של קראבי ולים. מבחינת החדר עצמו, הייתה לנו חוויה מצוינת.

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עמוסה מאוד וחסרת סדר. בכל בוקר היינו צריכים להסתובב ולחפש מקום פנוי לשבת, והיה חסר איש צוות שינהל את ההושבה. בנוסף, אם מגיעים מעט מאוחר (ועדיין בתוך שעות ארוחת הבוקר), חלק מהאוכל כבר נגמר ולא חודש במהירות. גם עמדת הכנת הביצים הייתה עמוסה מאוד, ובלא מעט פעמים ויתרנו בגלל התורים הארוכים.

נקודה נוספת שפגעה לנו מאוד בחוויה הייתה האווירה בשטחים הציבוריים. בזמן השהות שלנו היו במלון הרבה קבוצות ומשפחות ישראליות, ולצערי חלק מהן התנהגו בצורה מאוד קולנית וחסרת התחשבות, צעקות, קללות ודיבור רם, גם ליד משפחות וילדים. הרגשנו שזה פגע משמעותית באווירת החופשה והשקט שחיפשנו. ברור שההתנהגות הזו אינה באחריות המלון, אבל היא השפיעה מאוד על החוויה שלנו.

Perfect for a short family getaway.
Pros:

Perfect for families. Our children loved the kids water play area and the swimming pool! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast provided a range of options: staff were very accommodating. My husband enjoyed the fitness center. We loved the location and it was very convenient. Beach was a short walk away.

Cons:

Our balcony was very small . We would have preferred a swimming pool view room as the balconies seemed to be larger. Ours were facing the garden. The block we stayed in was a distance from the main lobby which was mainly an issue when it rained heavily as we had to walk outdoors. However there were buggies available for convenience.
