Pros:

Location is excellent and staff was very friendly

Cons:

Very limited food options for the breakfast, no ramps for strollers, no elevators connecting the main entrance to different buildings , requested luggage pick up and it never came !!

Please remove coconuts from tree located at pool. It is a hazard.
There should be more service at the pool area. Removing towels, cleaning up empty glasses and plates was not done.

Wonderful family hotel - perfect location!
Pros:

Fantastic family hotel. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the splash area and kids club. Location is perfect. Walking distance to beach, night market and everything else you can think of.
