Cons:

Generally all facilities are too old, The children’s playground injured my daughter’s hand, which was very disappointing. On top of that, some children who said they were the owner’s kids bullied my daughter during our stay.

Overall we had a pleasant stay
Pros:

Kids club was great. Mint and Pat were interacting a lot with my kids and my kids wanted to go there everyday. Good location for family. Lots of choice for breakfast. Staff were very helpful especially Loubhov from Guest Relation and Joanne the manager was very friendly. Front desk manager even gave us late check out for free. We were also upgraded to the villa due to low season. The rooms were very big and comfortable.

Cons:

Some facilities needs renovation like the gym and toilets around the bar and pools. Showers next to the pool were not working on the last 2 days. We booked also because of the live entertainment/music in the evening described on booking. However, there was no live music/entertainment. The staff mentioned that it is only during high season.

Best Stay in Karon Beach ⛱️
Pros:

I like the staff was very friendly , welcoming , smiling , helpful , caring & was daily trying to satisfy our needs & our satisfaction level was 100 % for me & my wife & kids

Lovely hotel with exceptional hospitality
Pros:

Great place to stay, the one bedroom suite was perfect for us. Very quiet and clean room. All the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them, we felt very welcomed. We recommend the spa and the lovely, professional staff. The property is beautiful, clean and well maintained. We will be back for sure.

Cons:

There was a problem with two of the pools whilst we were there unfortunately so the main pool was closed for the duration of our stay. There was a smaller pool we could use however.

Amazing staff make for a great vacation
Pros:

The staff make the resort - they could not have been more welcoming, accommodating or helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
Location also very good - close enough to everything but a bit quieter than other places in Phuket. Everything you need is on the doorstep

One of the pools was out of action, but the others were fine

إقامتي في هوليداي إن كانت استثنائية! الاستقبال ممتاز والتعامل راقٍ جداً. موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب من كل شيء (الشاطئ، الأسواق، والمطاعم على بُعد دقيقتين فقط). الفندق يحتوي على حديقة جميلة وإطلالة ساحرة ترد الروح، والغرف نظيفة جداً، أنيقة، ومريحة.
