Pros:

I went during low seasons and the facilities were all mostly available.
The staff was really friendly and the room i stayed was clean and modern

Cons:

Since it was during low season the place was a little empty and the spa wasn't open. But that's not exactly their fault

Le personnels était top en particulier MJ le responsable une perle qui a fait rayonné mon séjour dans cet hôtel

Cons:

First, I would like to thank Johanne and her team for welcoming us so warmly and taking care of everything we needed. You could really tell that everything was done with genuine care. My daughters absolutely loved the hotel staff and were so happy to receive the gift at the end of our stay. The room was clean and tidy, we received a fresh fruit platter, and the beds and linens were clean and cozy. There are plenty of pools at the hotel, including one with a waterslide that the girls really enjoyed. We will definitely be back! Finally, thank you so much to the Holiday Inn chain for the great service and professional staff!!

Pros:

The staff, I enjoyed the activities that were also planned by the place.

Cons:

The room did not have bunk beds for the kids and that there was a log of Lizard-like animals in the room all the time.

It was OK. Nothing great.
Pros:

Black Tea was missing.

Cons:

I had booked a standard double room and upon arrival they mentioned that all double rooms are full and gave me a villa on ground floor which was not my requirement.

Swimming pool was not so clean compared to the property in Patong where I stayed earlier.
