Extremely good location, amazing staff, small but comfortable room and very quiet neighborhood. Recommend this place.
Pros:

Amazing location! Staff were also so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The shower flooded the bathroom floor so the bath mat was soaking wet and had to be rung out after every shower. Super steep stairs so be careful walking up and down but there is an elevator you can use.

Nice place air con not work
Pros:

Room was nice bed so big great location.

Cons:

Air conditioning did not work correctly and unfortunately didn't sleep well I asked reception to have a look at it while out but still didn't work properly only booked due to having air conditioning didn't sleep well as to hot.

Prima hotel voor 1 nachtje.
Pros:

De locatie was top. Vlakbij het Leidseplein en tramverbindingen. En naast het Vondelpark.

Cons:

Een ouder hotel wat voor een nachtje met mijn zoon (14) prima was, maar met mijn man zou ik niet voor dit hotel kiezen. Niet zo comfortabel/luxe als ik graag zie.

Excellent location and value! And pretty too!
Pros:

We loved the building, room, lobby. Very clean. Lots of towels. Coffee and tea w/ creamer and sugar so you don't have to rush out for it (this is not the norm in NL, we found). Location next to park, trams, and rental bikes was perfect.

Cons:

Rugs could be steam cleaned inside the room.
