The staff were Tcourteous and helpful, particularly Rash, who went out of his way to try to fix a problem over the lack of electric power for the TV and the kettle.
The swimming pool and th jacuzzi were great and the changing rooms and showers were very clean
One of the pillows was the lumpiest I have ever experienced and was frankly a disgrace for a 4-star hotel.
There was no electric power for the TV and the kettle.

My room was flipped upside down / mattress ripped and furnitures upside down ,dirty towels and food garbage on the floor and the and the staff didn’t know it wasn’t cleaned for a week
The front desk staff were lovely and the bed was comfy
We were given a key to the wrong room and accidentally walked in on someone in their room as we were told it was ours. The receptionist for the pool was very unfriendly, and there was a poop in the pool.

In a heatwave all rooms should have all rooms air condition actively on. The hotel has a particularly complex system difficult to manage consequently the room was excessively hot on entering and got hotter throughout the night. This made it impossible to sleep and made me ill with heat, difficulty breathing, affected my asthma, lack of sleep. This is serious in a heatwave the building was overly hot.
I didn’t like anything
Then room was filthy and there was thick mould all over the curtains and we got a full refund and left
Nothing… staff nice on reception.
Awful, room not cleaned, both of them, both toilets not flushed so you can imagine what was in there, pee on toilet seat. Went straight back down and received a refund and moved to another hotel, did not even stay there, terrible. Only good thing was the staff on reception were nice.
