Rooms were too hot AC were not working
Everything was fine, just cleanliness was lacking.
The room lacks cleanliness, there is a lot of dust.

I’m still alive, so it could have been worse !
35 degrees inside the room, AC not working, windows not opening, asked 3 times for the crew to come check. Got a new room at 11.30pm (with a early flight the next day, great 👌).
Facilities (gym, swimming pool, spa…). One word, disgusting.
The pool doesn’t belong to the hotel, so anybody can come. Gym customers didn’t even bother to take a shower before jumping in the water (and some of them with their shirts on), screaming, playing like 6 years old children the whole time.
At the gym, I didn’t see anybody cleaning the spots or even putting back the weights after use. Never seen that level of non education in my whole life. First and last time there, period.
The location's pretty great with the underground station just a block away as well as the aboveground station within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby too. The airport's also a 15 mins ride away and the city center about 40-50 mins. The heating's also works great and this is probably the warmest place I've stayed in the UK.
The first room had a faulty TV that couldn't be turned off so the staff arranged another room for me. This room is bigger but the do not disturb button panel doesn't work. The silicone lining in the bathroom's black and decaying. The shower handle's stiff and hard to open while the temp adjustment dial is screwed on at an angle. Also I think the hotel rooms share a hot water tank with the gym because the hot water's inconsistent and unavailable at times. The square toilet is uncomfortable too.
