Staff always friendly, great pool/spa facilities, I always stay at the continental when I'm Around Heathrow airport, easy to get to from the tube.
Jacuzzi owned by the golds gym was nice
Bed was uncomfortable, no warning about paying £20/night for parking in a space with like 10 spaces available, you go to a hotel not to stress, but i stressed about parking availability whenever i left. The hotel is connected to a restaurant so your first experience is smelling disgusting curry, in the lobby, in the escalator and the car park was connected to the back of the restaurant, so yoy smelled the disgusting bins as well.
The pillows destroyed my neck, at lile 11pm night before my check, on the 2 night stay, i literslly chose to drive home 80 minutes, instead of sleeping in that bed for 1 more night.. if i could i wouldve paid £100-150 extra to go elsewhere to not experience all this.
The hotel doesnt have its own bar, instead i had to go into the restaurant i hated, and buy a bottled coke..
Overall i highlg suggest you spend abit more and go to ihg hotel, premier inn, shepperton hotel, etc rather than stay here..
The jacuzzi (owned by the gym not the hotel), was nice but you get these same jacuzzis in the hotels i previously mentioned.
As i was leaving the night before i was supposed to leave, i explained the pillow situation to the man at the desk yesterday night, he didnt care at all, no apology, no offer of another room, just takes my keycard and off i go. Terrible service from him
Overall i suggest you go elsewhere
The location
As soon as you walked in, it had a strong odour throughout reception. Staff were rather unhelpful with an enquiry of an early check in. The room itself was rather tatty and dusty
location was disaapointing. very small and tucked away with no packing. it was presented like it is a luxury hotel. it is budget like travel lodge and premier etc

I liked the beds comfort, and quietness of room.
As for breakfast, I did not have any there, just dinner and that was good 👍, delicious food.
The Spa-was very good, particularly enjoyed the Steam Sauna 🧖 and Jacuzzi.
The cleaning can be a bit more thorough. I found sharp substances on the carpet , as I was bare feet, no slippers. Had to ask for vacuum cleaner soi could vacuum floor.
Had to wipe dust on the table surfaces also.
The fan in bathroom is very loud.
The breakfast was good and affordable. Came In good time and service was smooth.
The spa , pool and the room was exceptional. I enjoyed my stay. Room is so cool and nice, the AC works really good. My room was upgraded from Classic to supreme double. Staff are friendly. Good location with lots of restaurants around.
The hotel is just 3minute walk to the train station.
