Basic not great value
Pros:

The hotel was close to the location we needed.

Cons:

Aircon didn’t work properly, told staff they explained it was hot outside. Bit reception aircon was working fine. Electricity went out around 7am is water didn’t work.

Stayed due to location to event and was advised with a spa however would never stay again spa was out of use and was not
Pros:

Bed was comfy only one pillow each though
Check in staff was polite and offered water

Cons:

Most of the spa at the ‘spa’ hotel was out of use.
Hotel stunk.
Moldy food left in our fridge.
Curtains hanging off the rails.
Takeaway food left spilt all day the hallway

The only reason I booked this hotel was to use the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi - ALL OF THEM WERE NOT WORKING!
