קרבה למרכז
מקלחות מרווחות ונוחות
חדרים גדולים
צוות הקבלה ידידותי ואדיב, מוכן לסייע בכל שאלה. לאחר ההגעה ביקשנו להחליף חדרים ולמחרת הבקשה נענתה לשביעות רצוננו
חניון נוח אבל לא תמיד פנוי

Cons:

מצעים לא מספיק נקיים, ביקשנו להחליף ועדיין בחלקם היו כתמים
בארוחת הבקר אין ירקות חיים בכלל
אי אפשר לשריין מראש מקום חניה, רק עם ההגעה, ולכן בלילה הראשון נאלצנו לחפש חניון
בקבלה לא כל העובדים דוברי אנגלית.
מזגנים קצת בעייתיים, בחדר אחד לא ניתן היה לכבות את המזגן, בחדר שני לא ניתן היה לכוון את הטמפרטורה והוא לא קרר מספיק

Podria ser bastabte mejor si se esforzaran por corregir los pequeños detalles

La ubicacion. Las camas. El personal.

Cons:

El frigorifico no enfriaba muy bien. Al llegar me dijeron que no habia parking y me recomendaron uno que me costó 32 euros desde las 1700 h de un viernes hasta las 11:00h del dia siguiente. Una barbaridad. El cafe de máquina del desayuno horrible.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement pour arpenter le centre..ville. Personnels efficaces,.petit déjeuner tres bon , copieux et variés. .difficile d avoir 1 parking à l hotel. Parking à proximité très cher.

Pros:

La habitación muy cómoda y limpia. El.buffet: desayuno y cena pequeño pero muy bien. Grande y bastante confortable.

Cons:

No se puede aparcar gratis en ningún lado. El hotel tiene parking limitado a 22€ por día. Al lado hay 3, también de pago.. Uno de estos, con la app telpark te sale a 17€ por día. Incluso un día fuimos a comer a un MacDonalds y te daban 30 minutos de parking, pero si tardabas más lo tenías que pabar.

Établissement parfait pour 1 à 2 nuits tout au plus mais pas pour 1 semaine de vacances .

Le personnel , le petit déjeuné et le buffet du soir.

Cons:

Chambre trop petite avec aucun rangement sauf quelques porte manteau placés au dessus du coffre fort et du frigo( pendant 5 jours nous avons dû laisser notre linge dans nos valise).
Pas d’accès au parking dés notre arrivée, alors qu’il a été marqué complet seulement 2 jours après, déçu car nous étions là pour 5 jours et non de passage !!!!!!

Hace más de 20 años ( y quizá algunos más) que me he alojado en este hotel. Excelente ubicación. Muy buena relación calidad precio. Instalaciones limpias y renovadas. Habitaciones muy amplias. Personal muy amable

Cons:

Falla laninsonorizacion tanto exterior ( sobre todo si hay fiestas hasta las 4 de la madrugada) como interior.
No nos ofrecieron tarjeta de descuento en Pyrinees. Y cuando hicimos el checkin no estaban a la vista
