Centrum Luxemburg: wat een uitzicht.
Pros:

Superligging. Receptie. Kamer is niet echt speciaal maar voldoet.

Cons:

Bij het ontbijt te weinig informatie bij het binnenkomen, we werden ‘gewezen’ naar een tafeltje en dat was het. Pas toen we iemand aanspraken kwam er na een kwartier koffie.

Pros:

Confortable and clean with lively bar and restaurant (with beautiful views over the city). Spacious rooms with excellent toiletries.

Cons:

It’s squeezed between two busy roads with no direct coffee shops or bars in the immediate vicinity. 10min walk to find more lively areas

Pros:

Hotel con muy buenas instalaciones, muy cercano al centro historico y bien comunicado. Desayuno con vistas, gran variedad, impecable servicio y muy completo. La habitacion comoda y la cama sin duda la mejor en la que he dormido.

What was meant to be a special weekend celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday turned into a very disappointing experience. After returning to the hotel at around 5:00 PM, we were informed that there was a power outage affecting the entire property. We left for several hours hoping the issue would be resolved, but when we returned at approximately 11:40 PM—almost 7 hours later—the hotel was still in complete darkness.

We were forced to climb six floors via emergency stairs with no visible emergency lighting, pack our belongings using mobile phone flashlights, and relocate to another hotel late at night. Communication from staff was poor and inconsistent throughout, and our confirmed birthday dinner reservation had already been cancelled. The lack of preparation, support, and concern for guest safety was shocking and completely ruined what should have been a memorable milestone celebration.
