Multiple reviews report dust, dirty floors and serious pest issues (cockroaches, ants) and isolated strong tobacco/stench smells; a few guests reported acceptable cleanliness but problems are significant.
Service

Many guests praise friendly, attentive reception and helpful staff; there are isolated reports of poor handling, but overall service is cited positively by numerous reviewers.

Described as a good location for short trips and convenient for visitors by several reviewers; one guest noted a noisy/problematic neighbouring motel area, producing a mixed but generally positive location sentiment.
Room Quality
6.5
Beds and room layout often praised as comfortable and functional, but recurrent problems reported (noisy/overpowering AC, non-working remote, loose shower fittings, mattress issues, clogged drains and occasional bad odors).
Amenities
8.5
Guests note useful amenities such as parking and breakfast buffet; issues include noisy AC units, limited TV channels and exposed parking in sun, but overall amenities considered satisfactory by many.
Value for Money
6
Several guests explicitly state poor value for money, citing expensive and disappointing breakfast and feeling the price is too high for the level of upkeep and service in some rooms.
