Perfect location, great welcome and great beds.
Pros:

L’accueil de la personne à la réception; le confort de la chambre; l’emplacement.

Cons:

On nous a dit qu’il y avait du café dans la chambre mais il n’y en avait pas.

Tolles Hotel mit tollem Personal in guter Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Habe mich auch um 2 Uhr Nachts sicher gefühlt. Personal sehr freundlich. Es gab ein Zimmerupgrade und kleine Geschenke zum Geburtstag. Zimmer hat eine gute Größe und sehr viele Ablageflächen. Bett und Kissen waren super. Klima sehr leise. Bei geschlossenen Fernsehen hat man von außen nichts gehört.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war zu eintönig für 3 Tage. Rühei ungenießbar. Dagegen gab es tollen Kaffee.

Ubicación en una zona deprimida. El barrio no parece muy seguro.
Pros:

El personal es amable. La habitación es muy correcta, tiene todo lo necesario para una breve estancia y es conveniente si piensas coger un tren temprano desde la Gare du Nord.

Cons:

No me gustó nada la zona. Los alrededores del hotel son muy cutres, personas trapicheando, drogadictos, gente sin hogar, no es un entorno agradable en absoluto.
Tampoco me gustó qué algún día no nos limpiaron la habitación, ni cambiaron las toallas. Una de las toallas tenía manchas. Al llegar había un mechero del huésped anterior sobre la cama. La cuchara para el café estaba sucia La limpieza no es muy buena.
La caja fuerte no funcionaba, estaba cerrada.
