Pleasant stay in the heart of Reykjavik
Pros:

The location is excellent, right in the city center and very convenient for exploring the area. It is also very close to the main bus stops, making it easy for the excursions tour and to travel to and from the airport. The staff were also super kind and welcoming. They even allowed us to check in early at no extra cost, which was greatly appreciated after our journey.

Pros:

Stayed for one night and found this hotel good value for money for convenience and quality.
Great location, friendly staff, comfortable spacious rooms. Nice looking spa. Breakfast offering is simple, good quality and practical for a short stay. The gym is two exercise bikes & a selection of dumbbells, which is also fine for a short stay.

sehr gute Lage

Cons:

Einrichtung des Zimmer etwas ins Alter gekommen. Frühstücksangebot nicht preisentsprechend und Lokalität im Keller ohne Tageslicht nicht angenehm.

Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre. Chambre cossue et propre, le personnel est vraiment accueillant et souriant. Un grand Merci à Mamadou pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.

The location. The staff.

Cons:

We opted to pay extra for a flat. We didn't receive maid service. Not the end of the world but it's somewhat typical of hotel service.
NO window treatment. NO curtains. The land of the midnight sun needs either/or.

Excellent location for exploring the city on foot
Pros:

Good breakfast, could have had a few more choices in cheeses, meats and maybe smoked salmon. And why no Skyr? Or flavoured yogurt?
And maybe more juices.

Cons:

A little strange there were no bathrobes or slippers.
