Pros:

Generally satisfied, very cool staff and breakfast. Rooms are big enough for two person. Central location. about 15 mins walk from the Flybus terminal.

Cons:

Sauna. It was only set to around 80 degress celsius, plus cold air was coming inside from the bottom.

Pros:

locatie was heel centraal - personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam - ik ben naar de spa gegaan voor een schouder/hoofd massage en dat is uitstekend verkopen. De kinesist of osteopaat was zeer professioneel en heeft mijn pijn goed onderdrukt.

Cons:

Ontbijt een beetje slordig en een cappuccino was een grote opgave, direct af te rekenen...

Pros:

なんといっても、立地。クルーズからのシャトルバスがHarpaで降ろされるが、Harpaから重いスーツケースを引っ張って歩いても数分なので問題無し。ダウンタウンにも、バス停にも、ハットルグリムス教会にも歩いて行ける。Perlanに行くバスも歩いて数分のところにある。
部屋の広さを重視する我々としては、広さも十分だった。

Cons:

特に無いが、我々には部屋が少し寒かった。言えばなんとかなったかも。廊下は暖かったので。

Cons:

Our three adults group got a smaller room than last time. It was a little too small for us. It would be great if you would offer local products at breakfast like Skyr. It was rainy during our visit. It would be nice to have a proper place to dry wet clothes.

Not our favorite stay
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Food and cleaning staff were great. Some of the front desk staff were pleasant. Location was good, except that being "in the thick of it" meant that the party outside kept going until 3am.

Cons:

We had a room on the top floor and the roof (and ceiling) slanted downward. The bed was pushed back into an alcove, so that every time we stood up, we hit our heads on the ceiling. Room was small. The decor of the room was thrift-store, college dorm "chic." We got multiple phone calls and a visit at our door from hot showers (apparently) setting off silent fire alarms. Some lights didn't work. Some front desk staff were rude.

Iceland is very expensive. Leave plenty of time to catch plane, the airport was chaos, could hardly move.
