We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Zagame's House in Carlton. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the CBD, restaurants and cafes. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless.

The hotel offered great value for money and made a perfect base for exploring Melbourne. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Zagame's House to anyone looking for stylish and comfortable accommodation in Carlton.

Super schönes Hotel. Ruhe Lage. Tolle trendige Viertel direkt angrenzend. Sehr freundliches Personal. Schöne geräumige Zimmer zum Innenhof. Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Leckeres Frühstück mit sehr leckerem Kaffee . Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsniveau ä. Empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Super Ausgangslage zu den tollen Restaurants in Carlton und Fitzroy! Man wohnt gechillter als in CBD! Die Buslinie die in die Stadt fährt liegt in einer Minute Laufnähe.
Schöne Zimmer mit weichen gemütlichen Betten und schönes Frühstücksbereich. Ich würde empfehlen dass Frühstück mit zu buchen. Man bestellt eines von der Karte. Der Flat white Kaffee ist sehr lecker! Wir würden wieder kommen falls wir noch mal nach Melbourne kommen:)

I have stayed here on several occasions. The staff are so friendly and the facilities clean, homely and very comfy.

My home away from home. The rooms are always comfortable enough that I'm happy to lock myself in all day. The staff are so friendly I find it hard to stop chatting to them. The location is so accessible and central without being too busy. Zagames House is truly the place to stay if you're visiting or having a little staycay Melbourne.

Zagame’s House is a fantastic place to stay right at the start of the always busy Lygon Street. Beautifully refurbished it is a perfect base for exploring Melbourne. The rooms are nicely appointed and the bed is fantastically comfortable. The only complaint I would have is that there is a growing trend for hotels to install bathrooms that are not completely seperate from rooms - so if you want privacy on the loo, you don’t get it. Unfortunately it’s the same at Zagames, the toilets are not really fully separated from the main room and that’s not ideal if you’re travelling as a couple. But other than that - it’s great. Fantastic breakfasts and a dedicated free car park. Excellent value when you include these not inexpensive things. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful boutique hotel close to downtown and near the universities. There are also plenty of food options within a 3-10 minute walk. The room was beautifully appointed and very clean. The bed is comfy and the shower fantastic! They gym is clean and has plenty of equipment. I loved this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.
