A gem among Best Western properties!
Pros:

Super clean, modern hotel with awesome staff and indoor pool and hot tub.This property which is a Best Western subsidiary is a gem among other maybe not so great BW properties. Highly recommended and a super value for the money. The desk staff were super warm and inviting.

Gross disgusting rooms
Pros:

The beds were comfortable after I had strop them of the gross sheets and blankets

Cons:

The room wad gross 1st noticed bathroom totally unclean covered in dirt and hair beds had black spots had no bedding or extra pillow I asked for the pull out couch went to front desk 4 times cards stopped working breakfast ran out of eggs biscuits gravy juice extra there was very little to.pick from the place looked unclean in lobbies and pool area like it been slapped together the disgusting nature of the rooms was appalling. Complaint made to front desk she cleaned the bath room then found black and hair in beds it appeared r room had not been cleaned at all the next morning tried to speak with front desk receptionist who didnt listen to word I said and had to even repeat mt self on why I wanted to check out in person still didnt listen but scoled and was very rude to me like I took her time away from her phone as she had messy unkempt appearance . Would never recommend for the price . I would expect thia from a low grade hotel was embarrassing to stay there

Not bad- but probably won’t book again!
Pros:

Construction made it a bit difficult to enter. Room was clean. Loved the mattress and pillows. Desk attendant was nice when we checked in, but the morning attendant was not at all pleasant. She definitely did not want to be there.

Pros:

Swimming pool had toys for kids. Traveling with a toddler, this was great for us. Breakfast was good for a continental, it was fun to watch the pancakes cook.

Cons:

Housekeeping said they would come each day, we stayed 3 nights, no housekeeping. With the tiny garbage cans that became an issue each day. When I went to breakfast on our first day, I got a call asking if I planned to check in and stay for my reservation, she apologized after she found my signed checking in papers. Beds were fairly comfortable.
