Novotel Zeytinburnu’nda harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım. Fiyat-performans açısından gerçekten çok tatmin edici bir seçenekti; ödediğinizin çok üzerinde bir hizmet ve konfor sunuluyor.
Otelin olanakları son derece kapsamlı ve kaliteli. Her şey düşünülmüş, eksiksiz bir konaklama ortamı hazırlanmış.
Ancak en çok öne çıkarmak istediğim konu resepsiyon ekibinin olağanüstü hizmet anlayışı. İlk adımdan itibaren sıcak, profesyonel ve yardımsever bir karşılama ile her ihtiyacımız anında karşılandı. Bu düzeyde bir resepsiyon hizmetiyle çok az otelde karşılaştım.
Istanbul’da konaklama arayanlar için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Tekrar geleceğim!

Excellent Location - Unfriendly Customer Service
Pros:

The location is amazing and it was clean.

Cons:

The room was hot like oven. Told many times to reception but they did not help despite promising for a fan. Called the reception and the person on the phone was rather rude.

Exceptional
Pros:

So coming here for the 2nd time almost 2 years later has been the absolute stamp of confirmation that this hotel uphold exceptionally high standards for their guests. The team have been so accommodating and kind, I am gluten free and they ensured they took me on a buffet tour to show me exactly what was safe and beyond that, even went the extra mile with the chef making me special dishes like freshly baked gluten free bread, pizza and gf cookies and bread sticks! I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Good hotel in a good location
Pros:

A good hotel in a good location, good view of Bosforous at Kenedy avenue, somewhere between Sabiha and Istanbul airport, one hour drive from each airport, walking distsnce to Buyuk yale an upscale district with tens of restaurants and cafés as well as a supermarket, ten minute walk from train station and near few other good hotels, good breakfast, very nice and attentive staff particularly Selin, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back.

Cons:

I had to ask for a thin and soft Pillow, but they brought it immediately. A better maintenance of the rooms deemed necessary, but they are small issues such as malfunction of the safe, clogging of the sink,...
The food in the restaurant could be better, however, plenty of good restaurants are right next to the hotel.
