Pros:

Le lit était propre et les réceptionniste sont accueillants et gentils à part un qui n’a pas suivi une réclamation on me disant qu’il allait régler le souci mais il n’a rien fait.

Cons:

Dans la salle de bain il y avait tout le temps une odeur de nourriture, sur la cuvette en entrant j’ai trouvé des traces bien apparentes des urines et le lavabo était bouché. En plus de tout ça une odeur de cigarette permanente dans la chambre alors que j’ai bien mentionné logement non fumeur le moment de la réservation.

Casa l'incontournable
Pros:

Super accueil de Fettah. Très pro et à l'écoute du client. Un grand Merci pour son sens du Service.
La chambre est confortable et nous avions une vue ville incroyable.
