Pros:

Ubicación. El metro está andando a escasos 5 min y conecta con las líneas principales. La zona para cenar es una pasada también. Como ubicación es un 10

Cons:

La habitación es pequeña está correcta pero necesita una reforma. Es muy oscura y se ve viejita al ser tan oscura. Es funcional porque vas a dormir, pero poco más.

Great stay in Osaka
Pros:

Good location with in walking distance of transport lines and many shops and restaurants but not noisy in the evenings. Good supply of amenities such as tooth brush, etc and free coffee machine in the lobby area. Helpful staff, and as we arrived very early in the morning it was great that we were able to leave our luggage with reception until check in time at 3pm.
Great water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water available at all times.
Good wifi

Cons:

No real issues and very happy with the hotel. Just be aware the lobby is not at ground floor so need to take the lift up to the 3rd floor. This might be a consideration if you prefer a group floor lobby or have alot of luggage.

Completed our stay in Tokyo
Pros:

.The hotel is exelent located. It is a five-minutes walk to the nerest metro station and local food stores.
The hotel provides free beverages during the stay. The room was clean and cosy.
The hotel provides free amenties and everithing you might need for a great stay.
The personel is very frendly.
The room we got had an exellent view.

Cons:

We ordered a regular twin-room and stayed for 11 nigts. As mentined above, the room was comfortable and cosy. However, it's prety small. It feels more like an economy option (for example, it does not have an armchair).
So, for long stays we definetly suggest "level-up" and order a bigger one.
