Excellent location and Great Hotel
Pros:

The hotel was in an excellent location, with several metro stations just a short walk away. There were also plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, cafés and bars nearby, making it really easy to find everything we needed.

A real bonus was that Tokyo Station was only around 10–15 minutes away, which was incredibly convenient for catching the bullet trains and exploring further afield. Overall, the location was fantastic and made getting around Tokyo very easy.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of Tokyo
Pros:

Great location, staff are extremely polite and helpful, the room was excellent and breakfast was a great selection. Perfect place to stay in a slightly quieter and more peaceful part of Tokyo that is a great location to get around the rest of Tokyo on a day/evening

キレイに管理されたホテルです。
Pros:

ホテル自体は新しくないのですが、それを感じさせない清潔感があるホテルでした。

Cons:

夜中に地震があり、もう少し早めの指示がある時に災害時は、皆さん安心するかと思います。

Very practical and great value for money!
Pros:

Cleanliness, practical, simple but well thought about.
The mist shower was really interesting!! Very refreshing!

Cons:

The elevator was badly programmed. If someone from hotel staff uses the master key for the elevator, it would stop to every floors!! Please find a solution to this very stupid problem🙏🏼! Everything else was really good!
