checkout　が11時でゆったりできた点は評価できる。
Pros:

空調が静かで、温度コントールもとても良かった。いっぽう、思った通り、大阪駅（西口）に近かったが、障碍者のカードが提示をできるみどりの窓口には、かなり離れていた。

Cons:

1.フロントでチェックインをしようとしたとき、8Fの受付に誰もいず、すぐ中から出てはきたが、「お持ちしました」という感じではない。エレベーターホールとの電子的連動を工夫すれば済むことである。
2.事前にこの情報は工事されてはいたが、建物外部が工事中とのことで、窓が締め切りで全く開けられなかったが、少し息が詰まった。それを補うサービスの提供もなかった。例：新聞の提供

Pros:

Beautifully decorated! And softest pillows and mattress from all hotels we tried in Japan.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit expensive but worth it. Maybe they should add more affordable options.

離車站很近，而且剛好在辦公區，所以蠻安靜的～
雖然剛好遇到飯店正在裝修，把外觀遮擋住了，但完全不影響內部住宿，也剛好都避開客人休息的時間施工
飯店人員不論是在寄物還是入住退房都非常用心，如果有機會想再入住其他地區的飯店看看

Cons:

因為政策的關係，飯店基本上會每天清掃，不然至少也會兩天一次，對於長住的旅客來說比較麻煩一點點，需要一直收拾行囊，但每次整理後都變得很乾淨所以能理解飯店的用心
