Pros:

朝食バイキングがちょっと高いなぁと思いましたが種類がとても多く、大阪ならではの食材でどれも美味しかったです。
スタッフの人に聞いたところ、連泊のお客様に昨日と違う物を召し上がって頂きたいので。との事で数種類でしたが違うメニューの物が出されていました。

Cons:

現在外壁の工事中で窓の外は足場が組んでありました。すぐに終わるとは思いますが。
シャワーがストレートとミストでシャンプーの泡がちょっと流しにくかったです。

공사중에 입구가 잘 구분이 안되고
기차소음이 새벽6시 지나면 5분 간격으로
열차가 지나가는 소음이 매우 불쾌 하였음
방 배정이 끝부분이라 더욱 심함 .
대부분 호텔에 가면 , 로션,등을 가져가게
진열을 해놓거나,아니면 방에 배치 하거나
하는데 없어 ,직원에게 말을 해야 주고,
서비스가 매우 불쾌 하였음.

この度利用させていただきましてありがとうございました！
外観は工事されているとのことで見られませんでしたが、ホテル内はとても雰囲気も良く素敵で
受付まで行くのもワクワク致しました。受付のスタッフの方もとても愛想よく丁寧で好感が持てました。
また利用させていただきたいです。

Cons:

外観が工事中だったのが、タイミングが悪かったな～と感じました。
次回利用する際は、外観工事が終わってからにしようと思います！

工事中で外は見れませんでしたが、全体的にヨーロッパ調でレトロ可愛いく、ホテル内散策も楽しめました。朝食バイキングはとても豪華美味しくとても良かったです。紅茶も色々な種類を置いてくださってて選ぶのも楽しかったです！

朝食を頂いている時に、料理補充の確認を担当されていた女性スタッフ(マネージャーっぽい方)が「今日外人ばっか」だったり他にも若い女性スタッフに対して嫌味に近しいような、少しばかり気になる言葉が聞こえてきました。
ビュッフェ通路のすぐ近くの席にいたから聞こえてしまっただけなのかもしれませんが、お料理はとても美味しくて大満足でしたが残念な気持ちになりました…
