Pros:

Common areas are are very comfortable

Cons:

Main building is a bit old. There are only 3 Washing machines & 3 dryers for the whole hotel. Waiting for washing machine and dryer is pain in ass. I waited for it up to late night 2 am

Exceptional hotel
Pros:

Edelhof Sapporo was conveniently located between Odori and the JR Station, making most of the main attractions easily reachable on foot. Our was spacious and as it was located in one of the upper floors, had a lot of natural light (as well as nice views from the city). We highly recommend trying the spa, which was included in our room rate. It was a perfect way to finish a perfect day in Sapporo.

普通が素晴らしいことの再認識。
Pros:

アメニティの質がトータルでワンランク上。地下にヤマト便で増えたお土産など速やかに発送できてとても便利でした。ジェット水流のお風呂で足の疲れが癒やされました。前の日に宿泊したホテルが最悪だったので、こんなに普通に良いホテルがとても良いのだとつくづく思いました。

Cons:

部屋がもう少し広さがあるといいんだけどなぁ。コンセントが不足気味でした。エレベーター降りて目印がないため迷子になる。

立地は札駅まで少し歩きますがそう遠くなく、そこまで困りません！大通公園と駅の中間くらいでしょうか。
ホテルの中は綺麗で、高級感たっぷりの割に？素泊まりプランで気軽に泊まることができました。スタッフさんも笑顔を大切に仕事されているのがとても伝わってきました！
