熟睡できて大満足
Pros:

ベッドの硬さがちょうど良く快眠できました。今まで泊まったホテルの中で1番の寝心地の良さでした。

More interested in organizing weddings than the tourist trade.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel seems opulent but compared to 4 star hotels such as Crowne Plaza and JR Inn it is lacking. The amenities provided are very basic. Instant coffee rather than a Nespresso machine. Basic toiletries but no extras such as face cream, mouthwash etc found in other hotels. The biggest disappointment was the guest lounge which resembled a train station waiting room. One basic coffee machine which spent most of the day covered with a cloth. I got the impression that this hotel makes its money from weddings and conferences and tourist guests are not a priority.

Elegant hotel, sophisticated, with super professional staff, great breakfast, great location!
Pros:

Very elegant, clean, sophisticated. Great location, close to Odori Park and other tourist attractions. Extremely helpful and nice staff, English speaking. Fantastic breakfast. Was a little crowded when we were there so passed on spa, but appeared very popular. Bonus - they have boxes for sending home extra items picked up while traveling! Closeby offsite parking.

Cons:

A little line to get into breakfast, but moved quickly (worth the wait!) Spa a little crowded especially near closing time.

A great place to stay in Sapporo after landing in Japan.

Spa was good and easy to navigate as a foreigner
