又、利用したいです。
Pros:

清潔感がありとてもよかったです。

Cons:

大浴場が階段を上がったり下がったりはちょっと驚きましたけど、混雑緩和にドリンクサービスとか考えられていて感心しました。

整體來說房間內算安靜，偶爾樓上一兩聲碰撞聲之後，就沒有任何聲音了
Pros:

床很好睡，每天行軍萬步，晚上能獲得非常好的睡眠品質（平常睡眠O腐供參考🤣）
熱水來的超快
每天都會清垃圾跟更換毛巾
房卡樓層有管制，相對來說比較安全

Pros:

室内がとても広いし綺麗で、他の部屋の音なども聞こえず、快適に過ごすことができました。
温泉もあって、旅の疲れを癒すことができました！

Cons:

温泉に入る時に、ロッカールームで服を脱いでから階段を上がってお風呂場までいかなくてはならないため、最初何も知らないと戸惑いました。

足腰が元気ならまた行きたい
Pros:

南館に宿泊しましたが、綺麗で清潔でした。インテリアもスタイリッシュで良かったです！
朝食バイキングの種類が豊富なのが良かったです。朝食やロビーのコーヒーを部屋まで持ち帰られる事も嬉しいポイントでした。
札幌の観光名所まで近く、徒歩で移動できるのが良い。
たまたま朝食中に震度3の地震がありましたが、建物が耐震性がある事をスタッフの方が声掛けして落ち着かせてくれた事で安心しました。

Cons:

南館から朝食会場や温泉へのアクセスが良くなかった事。パジャマやスリッパで移動できないのが不便でした。温泉の脱衣所から裸のまま階段を登って大浴場に行くという構造に戸惑いました。ラウンジには階段を登って行くのが気持ち的に行きにくくて行きませんでした。仕方がないとは思いますが…
部屋のタオルを持って行く様にと案内されましたが、脱衣所に自由に使えるタオルが置いてあるので、案内は要らないのでは？と思いました。
