最高でした!!
Pros:

ホテル自体が広くて綺麗で豪華、温泉やスパラウンジもあってとても快適でした。ちょうどオータムフェストの時期に行ったが、大通り公園に近かったので、とても楽しめました。札幌駅にも歩いて行ける距離なのでアクセスも良かったです。温泉に置いてあるドライヤーがReFaだったのも個人的に嬉しかったです。

インバウンドにマナーを
Pros:

新しくできた南館に宿泊　本館よりも欧州テイストではないが、とてもきれいでした。

Cons:

南館は大浴場に行く場合には一度、フロント階を通るので備え付けのパジャマで向かうことはNG　中華系の方々は平気でパジャマ　スリッパでフロント階を通ってましたが・・　この方々は入浴時のマナーが最悪ですね　閉口します。
上と横の部屋がとてもうるさくて目が覚めてしまいますね。　中華国のツアーのデスクがありましたので、団体で宿泊していたのでしょうね・・・
