During a power outage, electrical equipment such as air conditioning and lighting inside and outside the guest rooms will be unavailable.

The location is excellent and within walking distance around Tenjin and metro. Good foods and shopping around.
Check-in system is too rigid and probably can record the details and payment while waiting to check-in at 3pm.
If they can allow check-in, it will be a plus point.

⚠️ 注意有訂房網站與飯店重複扣款的問題。
我於 6/20 經由 Booking.com 線上付清房費(¥24,180),但 6/26 入住飯店系統顯示未付款,現場出示訂房網站的扣款證明後,櫃檯人員有用對講機詢問內部人員,隨後要求我們現場先支付一筆「押金」(金額為全額房費 ¥26,829),並說明之後會退還,但仍需請我們自行聯繫訂房網站確認,當下為了順利入住只能配合再次付款。
當天我們在當下一度嘗試透過 Booking.com App 留言聯繫客服,卻因為系統問題完全無法成功留言,直到 6/27 回國後,隔天再自行打電話聯繫客服處理,雖然理解員工是依飯店內部指示處理,但明明已出示付款證明卻不被採信,後續繁瑣的查帳與聯絡困擾完全由消費者承擔,令人感到十分麻煩與無奈。
⚠️ Be aware of reservation system sync errors and double-charging issues at check-in.
I paid the full room fee (¥24,180) online via Booking.com on June 20th. However, when checking in on June 26th, the hotel system showed the room as unpaid. Even after we presented proof of payment from the booking website, the front desk staff, after checking with internal staff via intercom, requested that we pay a "deposit" on-site (which amounted to the full room charge of ¥26,829). They stated it would be refunded later but still asked us to contact the booking website ourselves to confirm. To ensure a smooth check-in at that moment, we had no choice but to comply and pay again.
We initially tried to message customer service through the Booking.com app right then, but due to a system error, we were completely unable to leave a message. It wasn't until we returned to Taiwan on June 27th that we were able to call customer service ourselves the following day (the 28th) to resolve the issue. While I understand the staff was acting according to internal hotel instructions, it was highly frustrating that our official proof of payment was not accepted. Having the consumer bear the full burden of the subsequent tedious process of auditing and contacting support felt incredibly inconvenient and helpless.

房間滿大的,地理位置不錯,床比較硬一點,家具較有使用痕跡,打掃沒有非常徹底,但大致來說都不錯,比預期還好的旅館。
位置很好價格合理
兩次第一次進廁所住宿廁所都有尿騷味
離逛的地方很近,公車、地鐵、天神地下街都算近,走路滿方便的
樓下就是7-11也很不錯
對面都有吃的,路邊攤也有,便利性很高。
廁所蓮蓬頭水壓也很好^^
就是房間小了點~其他都還算不錯!
離天神站很近,附近吃的、逛的都有!一樓就是7-11,很方便。
