頂樓的溫泉 SPA 相較於其他硬體，確實是這家酒店表現較佳的地方。

Cons:

這次在 2026 年 6 月入住，預訂了兩間客房，遺憾的是兩間房間都出現了嚴重的品質問題，最終皆需安排更換。
🚪 客房硬體與清潔問題。
高級單人房：一進房就聞到廁所傳出濃烈的排水溝異味，十分刺鼻。雙床房：桌面的地板多處積滿白色塵埃，清潔明顯流於表面。冰箱持續發出高頻且刺耳的運轉噪音。隨後向櫃檯反映，服務人員陪同進房查看時噪音剛好停止；但當我們正想表示歉意時，刺耳的噪音又再度響起，令人心煩意亂。
🛎️ 服務與安全系統的不便。這和廣告照片與現實落差：酒店官方宣傳照片營造的氛圍確實不錯，但實際的硬體維護卻令人大失所望。電梯控管極度不便：我們兩間房間最後被分配在不同樓層，但酒店的房卡無法通往其他客房樓層。這導致同行家人之間要互相拜訪時極其不便，完全缺乏彈性。
♨️ 頂樓溫泉 SPA 與公共設施溫泉設施本身：
頂樓的溫泉 SPA 相較於其他硬體，確實是這家酒店表現較佳的地方。
客人素質與衛生管理：部分住客的衛生習慣令人堪憂。在休息室目睹有客人公然剪指甲，視覺上相當令人作嘔，讓人難以安心在此放鬆休息。酒店方似乎缺乏對公共區域秩序的維護。
☕ 缺失的基本配備：咖啡開放時間不合理：雖然 SPA 區域設有咖啡機，但早上時段竟然不開放給客人使用。缺乏洗衣設備：酒店內部完全欠缺自助洗衣設施，這對於連續住宿的旅客來說是極大的硬體硬傷。
💡 總結建議這家酒店的硬體維護與軟體服務顯然追不上它的宣傳包裝。如果您是計劃入住超過兩晚以上的旅客，強烈建議務必好好自行斟酌考慮。

駅近で便利
Pros:

最上階にスパがあってとても良かったが
22時の受付が最後なので時間的に余裕がなく残念ながら夜は入れなかったが朝は6時からだったので朝風呂に入れて良かった。スリッパがふかふかで気持ちよかった

Location was great, but the hotel itself needs a refurb
Pros:

The location was great, very close to Sendai Station and Parco department store, easy walk to Sendai Tanabata shopping malls. All the toiletries in the room were lovely

Cons:

It was expensive, the lobby was very small, dark and gloomy, with no where to sit or relax at all. The breakfast was 4000 yen and the decor in the meal hall was dowdy. They were going for a European castle vibe but it just seemed a bit dirty and old. The staff were not particularly friendly compared to other Montereys, everything seemed difficult.

Op loopafstand van het station. De onsen is erg fijn. De vismarkt achter het hotel is ook leuk en lekker als ontbijt

抜群のロケーション
Pros:

仙台駅前のロケーション。朝食バイキングの種類が豊富。特にその場で焼いている牛タンが美味しかったです。

Cons:

特にありませんが、大浴場の最終受付時間が22時だったのでもう少し遅くまでやっていたら良かったと思いました。お風呂そのものやラウンジサービスはとても良かったです。

Enjoy European atmosphere in the popular section of Sendai
Pros:

Great location near the station, Sendai has an active night life and numerous dining and drinking choices. The hotel has a definite European style, with design and features not found in more modern hotels.

Cons:

Couldn't fit my car in the old parking structure, but they have a discount agreement with a nearby parking garage that worked even better, even though it added some to the cost.
