Fabulous and warm.
Pros:

Absolute gem of a very quaint boutique hotel. Situated in a quiet side street in a beautiful old building with great character. Super location very walkable to most main sites. Rooms very comfortable and tasteful with everything you need. Lovely continental breakfast with some local delights. But what makes this hotel is the wonderful staff so friendly and attentive. Nothing was a bother they happy to share recommendations and local information and all done with such warmth. I will be back to Rome. It is such a beautiful city and will stay here again.

Staff superb. Roo. very comfortable and clean. Location spoit on for everyting if you can manage a 20-30 min walk.

Cons:

Everyrhing was very good although finding hotel on arrival challenging. Breakfadt very good but some mornings would like an alternative to scrambled eggs and sliced sausage.

Es war sauber, toller Service, super freundliches Personal und ein gutes Frühstück mit exzellentem Cappuccino.

Cons:

Einzig waren die im Innenhof zusammen geführten Klimaanlagen etwas laut. Wir konnten jedoch trotzdem gut schlafen. Es gibt auch Zimmer zu anderen Seiten.

Highly recommend - delicious breakfast and spacious, comfortable room.
Pros:

The room and ensuite was very spacious and nicely decorated, it had air con, and the bed was really comfortable. Very impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious, with great options. The breakfast staff in particular really took care of us, and were so friendly and hospitable, giving us recommendations on sightseeing and restaurants. The hotel itself was really well-located, really central. Fantastic value for money, I couldn't imagine finding a better hotel for my stay in Rome. I highly recommend and would stay here again next time I visit.
