Merkezi, temiz, konforlu ve güler yüzlü bir tesis

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Turistik bir çok yere yürüme mesafesinde. Termini tren istasyonu ve metro durağına çok yakın. Ana yol (yaklaşık 15 m) üzerinden bir çok otobüs geçiyor. Kahvaltısı gayet güzel ve yeterliydi. Odada bulunan eşyalar bakımlı ve düzgündü. Oda hizmetleri gayet iyi ve temizdi. otelde yaklaşık 1 hafta kadar kalmamıza rağmen bir sorun ile karşılaşmadık. Otel rezervasyonunu yapmadan tesis mesajlarımıza zamanında ve yeterli şekilde cavap verdi. Başta Valentina ve kahvaltıdan sorumlu gözlüklü personel olmak üzere tüm çalışanlar gayet güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi. Personel gayet açıklayıcı bilgiler veriyor ve gayet iyi İngilizce konuşuyorlar. Küçük hediyeler çok nazikti. Çeşitli atölye çalışmaları ve çocuklar için küçük ayı hediyeleri çok nazikti.

Cons:

Herşey gayet güzeldi. Herşey için teşekkürler. Kaldığımız süre boyunca sevmediğimiz bir şey yada bir sorun ile karşılaşmadık. Aklıma gelen sevmediğimiz bir şey yok.

The reception staff showed no willingness to help, and I assume this reflects the hotel's policy.
Pros:

The location is quite nice, and most of the city's main attractions are within walking distance. The café downstairs serves great coffee and a delicious breakfast.

Cons:

We were asked to pay an additional €30 per night because we booked through Booking.com instead of the hotel's own website. This was surprising, as the offer they had initially sent us directly was actually at a lower price.
Their explanation was that they were unable to match the reservation through Booking.com with us. However, I had emailed the hotel as soon as I made the Booking.com reservation to let them know that I had booked through the platform. In the end, the receptionist told us, "I will have a problem if you don't pay the extra charge," and explained that the whole situation was caused by a communication error. This unexpected extra charge significantly affected our experience, and I'm not sure I would have chosen this hotel had I known in advance how much we would end up paying per night. The reception staff showed no willingness to help, and I assume this reflects the hotel's policy. They insisted that our child was a problem because the Booking reservation did not show the child, even though I had informed the hotel by email immediately after making the reservation.At the same time, they had no issue accommodating the three of us in a double room while charging us the rate for a triple room. We found this approach unacceptable.
