Communication between Booking.com and the hotel was not good at all. The Hotel canceled our rooms and they say they noti

Idk reservation was canceled before I got there

Cons:

The front desk clerk is very rude. She said that she notified Booking.com the morning of the 10th letting them know that the reservation was being canceled so when we arrived at 11 P at 11 AM our rooms had been canceled and nobody contacted us to let us know.

I liked everything about the hotel even the staff was good customer service.

And what I didn't like was that I came at the wrong time with the swimming pool being repaired.

Very clean room and the skinny guy at the front desk was very helpful and nice.
Pros:

The skinny man at the front desk was great. The room was clean. Although there wasn’t a comforter in the room it was nice. The breakfast was awful. There wasn’t anyone present to help discard of what food had burnt or put anything out. I understand short staffed just don’t offer breakfast at all for that or just offer donuts or cereal and toast.

Personnel aimable. Bon emplacement.

Cons:

Problème de wifi dans ma chambre. Obligé de descendre à l'accueil. La TV ne fonctionne pas non plus. Petit-déjeuner très sommaire. Propreté des parties communes à revoir.

We got there at 1am our room was paid for and the man at the desk said they overbooked. So we had to find another hotel at 1am. Unacceptable. And then I have issues trying to get refunded both this site and the hotel acting like it’s my fault.

Pros:

Breakfast was okay. Decent variety of options. The staff was relatively helpful! Quiet, isolated location. Very convenient to all the shops/restaurants on University Drive. I didn't catch names but the young, Black Gentlemen with glasses was very nice and the the short, older woman with curly hair was extremely helpful too!

Cons:

Only one young lady was rude and act like she couldn't look up from the computer when I asked where the lobby restroom was located. Our towels were stained. I wasn't sure if the couch was suppose to be a pull out (it didn't have a matress). There were some sticky stains in spots on the carpet. The ice machines were out on our floor. Only available one was the lobby machine. Overall, it was a decent stay, but for the price that I paid, I was unsatisfied.
