Everything was great
Nothing so far..
Everyone was very courteous.
My card card was charged twice for the amount of 186.35, causing a financial burden, it took over a week for my card to receive a credit for the amount. Very disappointed.
The Lady attendant that checked me in really was concerned about my stay and wanted me to be comfortable. She was wonderful.

Staff were friendly and recommended a place close by to eat.
Walking in the place was stuffy/damp. No ice/vend on my floor. Entering the room my entry light didn't work. Turned on bathroom light and sink had a drip that wouldn't stop. Turned back to the room and stains on floor, holes in wall from door knob. Electric shade and sheer didn't work so couldn't get more light. Sconces on bed were dim with reading lights shoved up in shade. Refrigerator about tipped out of cabinet when I went to open it. Popcorn ceiling was drooping with holes in it. Bed appeared to be clean but with everything else, hard not to feel itchy. I went cheap and cheap is what I got.
The location of the property is ok .
It was hot when you walked in. The room smelled like mildew. The tub was dirty and had a hole in the bathroom wall. It was ridiculous

I was out in three different rooms the first room tub was dirty, the couch had like cigarette or cigar tobacco on it..I couldn’t see the tv screen , couldn’t adjust the thermostat on the A/C because the knob was broken off…The pillows on the bed was super small..Inside the closet was an Amazon package paper so the rom wasn’t clean all the way…I was put in another room and the tv remote didn’t work and the paint was peeling off in the tub and was put in a third room which I decided to stay in, but there but the carpet had stains in it and the couch look like it had a bleach stain on it…smh Won’t be staying there ever again..Oh yea in the front of the lobby look like the ceiling was leaking and had a big hole in it
I like because the rooms are very clean.
I don't like because they don't have enough toilet paper tissue in the rooms and not enough towels and racks. They should have a lease set of 2 towels and 2 rags in a room. Nice people. But I need a person to stay at the front desk at all times. And breakfast, I don't like that. They have sausage all the time. Everybody don't eat sausage. I love bacon.

The AC didn’t work properly, there was an unpleasant smell and a big stain on the sofa in the room. The lawn wasn’t even mowed. I did not stay, ended up getting a refund.
The staff was friendly
The list is too long, the couch was filthy, the walls had splatter from a previous guest, the showers were unclean we had to change rooms from the filth and the second room wasn’t better. I travel often and was not expecting a 5 star experience but this was definitely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
I loved everything about the hotel. The staff was excellent. The rooms were nice, clean, and big. The location is perfect right in Midtown.
Everything thing was excellent, but if I just had to knit pick. The pool was closed which was not a big deal at all.
The hotel was closed a place where homeless campout. They stole my things that include beach tent, beach mat, beach umbrella, beach chairs and big beach wagon. I left them in a rack behind my vehicle but secured with a net. My car was parked right in front of the hotel. One of the rooms that were not even clean so we have to request another one. Then upon checked out, they charge me for that 2nd room. I haven't received my refund yet.

The entire hotel needs renovations. The room was subpar and did not match the pictures on the the website.

Smell, spots on the couch, carpet nasty. Facility itself wasn't a good stay at all. What makes it even worse I tried canceling it and they wouldn't let me. I see why now, because they probably don't get enough business.
