Ottima la colazione e personale disponibile . Camera confortevole .
Hotel is in a great location for exploring the city. The staff were really friendly, the room was lovely, the bed super comfy, the bathroom was really nice with a nice waterfall shower.
Wszystko było super. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum. Zatrzymałem się tylko na jedną noc, ale pobyt był bardzo komfortowy.
Nie mam żadnych uwag – wszystko było w porządku.
I ordered an executive launch. Well sounded way more fancy than it was. Room was with no view.
Other than that our stay was great. Location great and Luxemburg itself surprised us.
La habitación era muy amplia. El baño estaba bastante bien. La verdad que tiene lo que se espera de un hotel de estas características.
El personal del hotel muy amable.
La cama supletoria era un poco más incomoda de lo que esperaba.
Ligging en goed bedden

This was our last hotel after 2.5 weeks inter railing around Europe, and was supposed to be our final stay. Sadly (no fault of the hotel!), we were significantly delayed into Luxembourg - heavily compressing our stay.
In summary, it's OK for a quick stay if you can find a decent rate - but I have stayed in better hostels!!
In terms of location, Luxembourg was stunningly beautiful. This hotel was slightly on the edge of the main city centre, but was VERY convenient for the train station - particularly when using the Bonnevoie (rear?) entrance. We filled our few hours with a locally advertised (self-guided) walking tour of the main sights - and fell in love with the city.
I must admit to being slightly underwhelmed with the hotel - we have been staying in hostels, independent B&Bs and even campsites - and this was probably the worse (in absolute terms, and cost/per quality). It was **OK**, but I expected a lot more from a Novotel.
First, an underwhelming street entrance led to very modern, sleek and open foyer and reception.
But then came check-in. There were two members of staff doing check in - one appeared very good at her job - we could hear each guest getting a thorough welcome, lots of information about the hotel, the room, the facilities, the local area etc whilst doing the check-in paperwork.
Ours on the other-hand "here's your key, room number, and the lifts are down there..."?! Thankfully, we overheard lots of the details of the minifridge, the coffee machine, opening hours, stairs, how to get into the town centre etc from the lady on the next desk!
Now onto the rooms. They were OK for one night.. Very tired and worn. Particularly the walls, curtains and carpets. The shower was epic, but that's where the fun ended! The childrens (plural) bed was a (singular...) nasty loud-sprung bed settee with an il-fitting bedsheet, and non-made up bedding; the seals were broken on the 'free' water bottles in the fridge; there were no coffee pods for the machine; the mattress felt very overly-soft (like old and worn soft, not comfy-soft); the window was filthy (smeared with some sticky residue - looked like a kid (not ours!) had rubbed ice lolly all over it); and it was just one of those rooms where you tell the kids to keep your shoes and don't touch anything...
But you don't lick the window, sleep on the wall or need coffee to survive.. In isolation, these would have been minor issues - but... we were paying the Novotel premium... in Luxembourg. Therefore, I expected the quality of the foyer to continue through to the rooms.
We didn't say anything to the staff because (1) - all the guests seemed to want serving by the more effective member of staff, hence a lottery-queue (2) - we had a very early start, meaning (3) we were actually only in the room for about 6 hours.
We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that (although the boulangeries in the station were 5-star!)
It was very clean and the staff very friendly
