Hotel bardzo ładny położony na wzgórzu,choć wymagający lekkiego odświeżenia, pokój przestronny, czysty posiadający wszelkie udogodnienia z widokiem na basen i morze, codziennie sprzątany wraz z wymianą ręczników. Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzenia Etny i innych nadmorskich miejscowości. Miła obsługa, polecam ten hotel.

L'addetta alla reception arrogantie

La posizione della struttura, le camere pulitissime, il terrazzo la sera al ritorno delle uscite, chiacchierate al chiaro di luna.

Cons:

Struttura accogliente, ma rovinata da un servizio clienti pessimo. Al momento del check-out abbiamo riscontrato un disguido sul prezzo della prenotazione e l'addetta alla reception si è posta in modo estremamente maleducato, arrogante e privo di professionalità. È inaccettabile che l'ostilità di un singolo dipendente rovini l'intera esperienza degli ospiti. Il personale dovrebbe essere il biglietto da visita di un hotel.
