El trato de todo el personal es excelente, no la hay en muchos hoteles de categoría similar ni superior en muchos casos.
Algunos huéspedes son ruidosos, y el personal se ve obligado a gestionarles.

Hotel und Zimmer waren sauber. Essen hat gut geschmeckt und war für jeden etwas dabei. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. preisleistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Sollte ich nochmal buchen würde ich mich wieder für das Hotel entscheiden.
Der einziger war der einer Kellner an der Bar der sehr unfreundlich und arrogant war, hat aber nicht geschafft mit seiner Arroganz uns Urlaub zu zerstören.

For the first five days, there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drains, and the smell spread throughout the whole room. One day, the water wasn’t working at all—the taps had no water, so you couldn’t take a shower. In the end, my boyfriend and I had to shower in the outdoor shower next to the pool. The biggest disappointment was the bar. Even though I had a plastic cup that you have to pay €1 for, the lady at the bar refused to accept it, saying it wasn’t the right one and that she had to replace it with a smaller cup intended for cola. In the end, I had to pay another €1. The food was okay if you’re not too concerned about the quality of the meat.
Ljubazno osoblje, srdačan doček, od recepcionara, do zaposlenih u kuhinji, baru. Stigao sam pred kraj večere, te sam prvo večerao, pa se smestio u sobu. Soba je besprekorno čista, krevet preudoban. Hrana izvrsna, širok izbor, od mesa, ribe, slatkiša i voća. U lobi baru kafa, sokovi, vodovi i kokteli po izuzetno povoljnim cenama. Ispred hotela su dva autobuska stajališta koja vode do bilo kog dela ostrva sa jednim presadenjem i česte su linije prema Palmi, Aerodromu gde presedate za Alkudiju i divnim plažama, i mestu Campos odakle presedate ka najlešim plažama: Cala Esmeralda i Cala Santanyi. Iskrene preporuke.
Ne znam da li ću samo pronaći slobodno sobu kod Vas kad budem naredni put dolazio, jer ću na Majorci jedino da se smestim kod Vas jer ste najboji, a preporučio sam Vas. :) Molim Vas, da mi nekako pronađete sobu. Ovaj tekst je samo nastavak pohvale sa moj najlepšeg odmora do sada. :)
