Very nice staff
Pros:

Room with balcony and sea view was very nice.
Good breakfast. Lots of choice.
Excellent menu in the restaurant.

Cons:

The continual ‘on loop’ music around the pool area was tedious.

Excellent place from which to explore Hvar if you want a hotel with pool
Pros:

Easy luggage transfer from ferry port. Great facilities, pool has double bed loungers as well as standard loungers. Staff were great.

Cons:

A fair walk (8-10 mins) uphill from Hvar town (but good views!).
Pool bar could have done with more staff - the two there were excellent and we were told it was still low season but a third would have meant less queues as some big groups were ordering cocktails and the lunch service to the pool was very slow.

Great chilled break.
Pros:

Lovely chilled place, felt very relaxed.
A walk uphill, but we knew that in advance and enjoyed that. Would not be so good for the elderly
Breakfast very good.
Pool area not too busy.
Prices reasonable.
Staff very helpful.

Cons:

We liked everything.

When I arrive at Pharaos Hvar Bayhill Hotel,
I have to pay one pre-authorization for each room of 150€ in addition to the payment of daily allowances.
I have 2 pre-authorization (ref. 2 rooms réservations) holds from June 1st, and so far 1 of the 2 is still pending (6 days after I left) !!!

Pros:

Espectacular. Fueron muy hospitalarios con nosotros y las instalaciones son muy cómodas. La cama y la ducha son muy buenas. Algo clave para elegir el hospedaje.
Tienen servicio de llevarte la valija hasta la zona de ferrys, es un detalle muy bueno porque el camino hasta el hotel son 15 minutos caminando con escaleras y sendero incluido.

Cons:

El horario de la pileta podría extenderse un poquito más de las 19:00, teniendo en cuenta que el sol está hasta casi las 20:30.
Podrían tener una rampa en el sector de subida a la recepción del hotel.. ahí si hay escaleras y si vas muy cargado es engorroso.
Podrían incorporar mayor variedad de frutas en el desayuno. Pero en lineas generales muy bien.

Cons:

No primeiro dia chegamos cedo, pedimos toalhas de banho, e a funcionária disse que nao poderia dar mais que uma (era meu e meu esposo) pois estava acabando. Achei ruim. E no outro dia acordamos para ir a praia pedimos a tolha e tambem foi negada (dito que era somente a partir das 10h, penso que a funcionária poderia ter pego para nos).

Da localização e do quarto. Banheiro a duche é muito fraca.

Do atendimento, café da manhã.
Reservei com observações para café da manhã sem glúten e não houve o menor esforço para atender a solicitação. Pães velhos e nada mais. O hotel foi avisado com antecedência. Não recomendo e não volto.
