Pros:

Excellent place great breakfast. Wonderful view. Good staff.

Cons:

Accessibility is a problem. There are stairs anywhere not always an alternative way if someone need to carry suitcases.

Remek helyen fekvő klasszikus üdülő szálloda kisebb hiányosságokkal.
Pros:

A reggeli kiváló volt. A hagyományos ételek mellett egészséges, nem szokványos ételeket is kínáltak. A teraszon nagyon hangulatos volt reggelizni. A medence melletti kis étkezések, vagy szerényebb ebédek is hangulatosak voltak. A szobák berendezése harmonikus és modern volt.

Cons:

A szépen berendezett szobák kis méretűek voltak. Nem volt klasszikus szekrény, csak polcok. A személyzet többsége kedves volt, de ez nem mondható el mindenkire. Érkezéskor megterhelték (zárolták) a hitelkártyát. Ez minden szoba esetén 250 EUR volt, amire nem számítottunk. Később még e-mailt is írtunk, de csak hetek múlva kaptuk meg a pénzünket. Lift nincs.

Pros:

La pileta es divina, se llega a ver el atardecer. La habitación cómoda y con lindas vistas. El desayuno muy completo. El hotel está a una linda distancia del centro como para caminar por la costanera, es un lindo paseo

Cons:

La limpieza faltó un poco. Si bien me quejé, y se esmeraron en disculparse. Creo que deberían supervisar más aún. En definitiva, la limpieza es lo más íntimo entre el hotel y el huésped

Cons:

Staff pouco simpático e pouco claro nas informações dadas. Precisam de melhorar o procedimento com as bagagens. Formigas no quarto.

Cons:

The bathroom was not suitable for older adults. The bathtub was very high and there was no secure grab bar or safety handle to assist with getting in and out. Please don’t wait until someone falls before making these necessary updates. I would definitely not recommend this bathroom setup for adults over 70.

On a positive note, we were very happy that the hotel picked up our luggage at the ferry station upon arrival. However, when we returned to the ferry station, we were charged for the service. and they didn't even pick up luggage from the room. This left me feeling somewhat unappreciated as a guest.

As a business suggestion, I would recommend adding approximately $4 to the room rate and presenting the luggage transfer in both directions as a complimentary service. Guests would appreciate the convenience and the feeling that this small service is included as part of their stay. it will be more appreciated.

Je n’y retournerai pas
Pros:

J’ai bien aimé l’emplacement de l’hôtel en haut de la colline pas loin du port ( il faut juste marcher par la forêt ). L’endroit est calme .
La chambre était petite mais fonctionnelle .

J’ai beaucoup apprécié que les valises au départ soient directement emmené sur le port cela permet de profiter au mieux de sa matinée .
Le lit était confortable .

Cons:

L’hôtel est vieillot , limite ringard . La nourriture est mauvaises les ingrédients aussi .
A 10h31 si vous voulez un café c’est trop tard les machines s’éteignent automatiquement et on vous fait payer plein pot .
Ma salle de bain n’était pas très propre quand je suis arrivé et la porte de douche se ferme mal ( 5104) .
La chambre sentait l’humidité en rentrant . Le personnel n’était pas très agréable comparé à tout les autres hôtels que j’ai pu faire en Croatie .
