We liked the location of the hotel. The rooms were nice and it was clean. Lots of restaurants close by. Very pretty street.
There was a garden on our level which would have been very nice to take a seat and enjoy. No one can access this area as it is locked only for weddings.
Service was very unfiendly and did not seem to be happy to be serving us, man was very unhappy. Also no seating in lobby/reception for guests with families checking in. We had a 70 year old mother with us and did not have anywhere to sit while waiting.
We arrived 2hrs earlier than check in time and was not given an option that we will be called when room is ready. We just had to wait for the allocated check in time. I would rate the service we had a 3 star. This hotel was not cheap but i felt a lower star hotel we would have had better service.

J’ai prolongé mon séjour ce qui a généré la nécessité de payer à nouveau la taxe de séjour, normal. J’avais convenu avec la personne à la réception que je paierai cela au checkout. Mais un soir, je suis rentré à l’hôtel et ma carte/clé ne fonctionnait plus. L’hôtel m’a bloqué l’accès pour que je sois forcé de descendre au desk pour régler cette taxe à ce moment (ce qui n’était pas convenu). La méthode m’a déplu car j’avais payé ma chambre et j’ai été en quelque sorte « pris en otage » sans nécessité. Il était assez tard, je voulais simplement me reposer. En dehors de cela le séjour était parfait.
