施設が綺麗でした。お部屋でも快適に過ごせました。
温泉も良かったです。

Cons:

温泉に背中に龍の刺青を入れた人がいた。
海外からのお客さんはタトゥーが入っている人も結構いるので、もう刺青が入っている方はご遠慮くださいという時代ではないと思いますが、その辺がモヤモヤした気持ちになりました。

最高です。また泊まりに行きます。
Pros:

ロケーションも良くスタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティ溢るる対応に感激しました。また、最上階のスパがとても良くサウナーとしても大満足のホテルでした。

Cons:

特にはないですが、強いて言えばサウナの整い椅子がもう少しあると嬉しいです。

ほぼ文句の付けようがないホテル
Pros:

とにかく朝食バイキングが最高。結婚式場のような場所で美味しい料理が食べられる。最上階にある大浴場も露天風呂ありサウナありで良かった。ラウンジも最上階から京都の街が眺められ落ち着いた気分になれた。ロケーションも京都の中心駅である烏丸御池駅から徒歩2〜3分に立地しており、観光しやすかった。

Cons:

特にないが、強いて言えば3人で宿泊したが、1人分のベットが簡易的で少し小さかった事ぐらい。

Pros:

アメニティも細やかな心遣いが感じられ、お部屋の手入れも隅々まで良くされていて、快適な滞在でした。
お食事の種類、味付けもよく、美味しくいただきました。
自分でお抹茶を点てて頂け、京都らしいと感じました。

Cons:

駐車場に入る際、何台か並び、戸惑いましたが、係員の方々が、テキパキと気持ち良く対応してくださいました。

Pros:

Habitación triple muy cómoda, colchones comodisimos y la limpieza de 10
La cama supletoria muy cómoda, una cama +

Cons:

El hotel es antiguo pero muy bien conservado, huele muy bien y muy limpio.
Desayuno no lo recomiendo si eres español, mejor ir al súper de enfrente y comer sándwich

スパの入浴前後に難が
Pros:

駅近で周りにカフェやコンビニが多く便利

Cons:

スパのロッカーが風呂場から離れていてプールみたい。使用後の不用タオルの投げ場所がわかりずらい、備品のヘアケア製品が1箇所にしかなく紐で繋がれていて不便。
スパ受付にロッカーの鍵を渡す為の男性が必要なのか疑問。
