住宿地點很好,周圍很熱鬧,貼近祇園祭山鉾展示街道,有很多餐廳跟24hr超市,很方便

温泉とロケーションはいい、子連れには改善希望
Pros:

部屋がカラフルで可愛かった。今回、子連れで滞在したためトリプルルームを予約したが、夜寝ているときに子供が落ちないよう、ベッドを2つ繋げることができたので、大きなベッドで寝れたのが安心でき良かった。ロケーションも便利で、カフェやレストランも多く、駐車場もあるので車で来ても便利だった。

宿泊者は無料で利用できる温泉やサウナがあり、ラウンジでゆっくりできるのも良かった。ラウンジでは飲み物が無料で、京都の街並みもよく見えた。

Cons:

受付で子供セット(歯ブラシ、スリッパ、身体洗うタオル)はもらったが、予約の際に子供がいることを伝えていたにも関わらず、部屋のベッドに置いてあるパジャマは大人用3つで、子供がきるには大きすぎて困った。スパや温泉に行くときも、私達はパジャマだが、子供はパジャマがないので服を着せたり、寝るときもパジャマ付きと聞いていたのになかったので寝るときかわいそうだった。

温泉があるのは良かったが、温度が暑すぎた。そして、温泉ないの表示が日本語のみの所もいくつかあり、それを読めない海外からの旅行者の方が文化が違う中でルールやマナーの点で困るだろうなと感じた。

ロケーションが良かったです。大浴場も快適でした。

チェックインのレセプションの方の対応が、声が小さかったり、態度も少し不機嫌そうであまり良くなかったです。

何年振りかで行き、別浴場施設あったのは良かった
お茶コーヒーなどおいしく、茶器も行き届いている。

Cons:

携帯の電源が甘く充電に时间がかかり.近所のユンビニで調達した。朝食が4000円は高すぎる。同行した友人はセットで予約した。感想をきいた所、種類はたくさんあるが、とても食べきれないので無駄感があり、一食つきあう気のあった私にあえて勧めなかった。近くの喫茶でモーミングを食べる方を進めた。

Goede locatie, mooi hotel maar slechte bedden
Pros:

Goede locatie, vriendelijk personeel. De ontbijtkoeken in de ochtend waren een troef. Propere kamer.

Vrij kleine kamers, heel slechte bedden.
En de witte wijn in de bar is helemaal niet lekker.

Localización y lujo!
Pros:

La comodidad de las camas y el desayuno. Todo estaba riquísimo, no habia mucha gente y los camareros estaban super atentos y encantadores. El Onsen muy bien también.

Cons:

Todo bien, pero yo mejoraría 2 puntos. En lugar de poner botellas de agua, pondría una máquina de agua y una jarra para que los huéspedes tuvieran agua fría y menos plástico. Y poner algo anti mosquitos, me pico uno en el Onsen 😅
