From Akasaka Subway Station, it is approximately 2 minutes from exit 3a. Guests arriving after midnight are requested to contact us in advance. Contact details are provided in the reservation confirmation. If no contact is made, the reservation will be treated as a no-show.
Please note that the hotel cannot arrange outside reservations for tours, shows, restaurants, etc. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out. This service is available on check-in/check-out days only. If you wish to send luggage or mail prior to arrival, please write your name and check-in date on each piece of luggage. Luggage can be checked in one week prior to arrival.

O quarto tem um bom tamanho para os padrões japoneses. Eles seguem a mesma linha da rede com um padrão de conforto e limpeza.
Localização deixa a muito a desejar. Tóquio é uma cidade enorme e que o metrô não facilita tanto. Assim, o bairro do hotel é bom, mas não tem atrações turísticas de destaque próximas, nem bom comércio local, nem bons restaurantes. Há uma estação de metrô na frente, mas a maioria dos pontos turísticos indicava pegar uma linha que ficava à 15 minutos de caminhada do hotel. Hoje, eu me hospedaria, sem dúvida na região de Asakusa que tem todas as lojas e diversas atrações próximas com preços bemmmm melhores.
Os funcionários foram rudes, sem querer ajudar para solucionar problemas simples.
O café da manhã é num café ao lado e não vale o custo! Você só tem direito a, literalmente, um pão com ovo gourmet e um café! Além disto, os funcionários do café foram rudes e mal educados.
Escolhi o hotel e paguei um valor mais caro do que tinha selecionado e foi um erro! Não é porque paguei mais caro que ele foi melhor.
Em síntese, café da manhã péssimo, funcionários desagradáveis e localização que deixa muito a desejar para um turista que quer aproveitar Tóquio.

Café da manhã é bom, mas sempre saímos com fome, você paga por ele e vem uma opção apenas de bebida sem refil e um sanduíche.

Het ontbijt: je moest 1 gerecht kiezen en dit werd voor je klaargemaakt. Het was erg lekker maar omdat je maar 1 ding kon kiezen was het niet genoeg
