From Akasaka Subway Station, it is approximately 2 minutes from exit 3a. Guests arriving after midnight are requested to contact us in advance. Contact details are provided in the reservation confirmation. If no contact is made, the reservation will be treated as a no-show.
Please note that the hotel cannot arrange outside reservations for tours, shows, restaurants, etc. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out. This service is available on check-in/check-out days only. If you wish to send luggage or mail prior to arrival, please write your name and check-in date on each piece of luggage. Luggage can be checked in one week prior to arrival.

The location is perfect. Just across the subway station. Many restaurants around. Next to the hotel is a grocery shop. The breakfast is good but very limited selection in a nice, open to public, cafe shop.
It’s really tiny, so you have to keep your wardrobe in the suitcases.
Excellent location right opposite Akasaka station, easy access to main tourist spots in Tokyo. Right next to Family Mart supermarket. Clean, lots of free toiletries as most hotels in Japan provide (nice face masks), helpful staff, free water station.
My pillow was very hard. Could provide some more pillows. Maybe some more free umbrellas for guests to borrow. Small room but expected in Japan hotels.

Al lado de una parada de metro y la verdad es que nos pudimos mover con mucha facilidad por los distintos barrios de Tokyo desde ahí
Está muy bien, lo único es el baño la puerta es un cristal traslucido. Las habitaciones en Japón de los hoteles son pequeñas pero ésta estaba bien, nos entraban tres maletas y podíamos abrirlas sin problema.
Tuvimos que pedir alguna almohada más porque las de la habitación eran muy blandas

The staff is really kind and helpful. The facilities are comfortable, even though the room is small, which I suppose is the norm in Tokyo. There are plenty of useful free amenities in the hotel lobby. The location and the price are really competitive and the highlight of the hotel.
Breakfast is okay, but kind of basic and repetitive, you'll probably get enough of it after 3 days. The level of English from the staff is basic. If you're sensitive to it, make sure you don't book a smoking room, which I did for lack of attention. It really smelled like tobacco, and a thorough cleaning didn't help much : that's totally on me though, because a change of room was unfortunately not possible.
