Cons:

Struttura datata, con in previsione ristrutturazione e quindi con pochi investimenti sul quotidiano. Purtroppo la sfortuna ha voluto che si rompesse anche aria condizionata e le temperature erano invivibili.

Pros:

Good location, next to the metro station and close to the Sunday market.

Cons:

The hotel has only 4 parking places that need to be reserved upfront. Based on the information on the site - parking available - we did not reserve a place; we spent a lot of time to find a parking place. The room was ok, but the air conditioning was not working. They *compensated* with free breakfast; yet; hard to make it good at 32 degrees Celsius.

Malgré cet aléa, je recommande cet hôtel situé au pied du métro "CONVENTION"
Pros:

Je fréquentais cet établissement pour la 2ème fois, sauf que cette fois c'était au moment de la canicule et que cet établissement venait de tomber en panne de climatisation. Donc 3 nuits sans clim
Mais un geste très sympathique dans cet hôtel qui nous a offert les petits déjeuners les 3 jours (nous étions 2)

La gentillesse de tout le personnel et le geste commercial de la Direction

Good value for money
Pros:

Hotel is well situated right by the metro (30sec walk), easy access to all locations in Paris via convention. Loads of brasseries and patisserie’s close by (are at the Japanese place 1 street away, it was excellent)

Staff were super helpful and very friendly.

Cons:

Rooms are a little dated but not a big thing. Beds could be firmer but that’s a personal preference. Not a lot of sound proofing so you can here footsteps etc from above rooms.

Immer wieder gerne.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen an ein französisches Frühstück. In der Umgebung gibt es genug Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen und es gibt niedliche Läden. Zudem ist in Fußnähe ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, in dem man alles bekommt. Ein Bäcker ist direkt neben der Unterkunft, da könnte man auch frühstücken gehen.
Die Zimmer waren klein, aber sauber und die Betten bequem. Leider ist die Klimaanlage am Wochenende ausgefallen und konnte nicht repariert werden, was sehr unangenehm war, da wir nachts die Fenster auflassen mussten und so war es dementsprechend sehr laut. Die Franzosen arbeiten scheinbar rund um die Uhr.

Cons:

Wir hatten bei der Hitze ein Problem mit dem Ausfall der Klimaanlage, die auch nicht repariert werden konnte, da ein Teil bestellt werden musste. So hatten wir sehr laute Nächte, da wir die Fenster auf lassen mussten, um einigermaßen schlafen zu können.
