Pros:

Muy buena ubicación. Hotel sencillo, pero correcto y limpio. Estuvimos tres noches y fue agradable. El desayuno buffet está bien.

Habitación muy cómoda, limpia y bien cuidada. Pudimos dejar las maletas apenas llegamos, lo que nos permitió recorrer Venecia desde muy temprano. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la estación, ideal para una estancia corta. Además, la recepción está abierta las 24 horas y todo el personal fue muy amable, especialmente el señor del turno noche, que nos dio agua y al día siguiente agua caliente para el mate (¡fundamental para nosostros!).

Cons:

No tuvimos inconvenientes durante la estadía.

Très bel hotel, le hall d entrée et la salle a manger dont propres et beaux, dans l esprit italien, le personnel est tres accueillant. Déjeuner continental sous forme de buffet copieux.

Cons:

Par rapport au reste de l établissement la chambre que nous avons occupée etait un peu vetuste, literie de qualité mais en 140 seulement, traces de rouille dans la salle de bain, peintures ecaillées.

Cons:

Não tínhamos quarto no nosso hotel, pelo que fomos colocados do outro lado da rua, num hotel que ainda tinha quartos disponíveis. Quando entrámos no quarto, encontrámos tetos sujos, insetos e os rolos de papel higiénico estavam sujos com o que aparentava ser sangue, além de um usado! Os lençóis, apesar de aparentarem estar lavados, tinham várias manchas. Não existia ninguém na recepção do hotel ou funcionário com quem falar até às 15h da tarde. Experiência vergonhosa.

Pros:

Hotel was in a fantastically convenient location next to Mestre station, which means you are well connected to elsewhere in Italy, and to Venice centre via a 10 min train.

Whilst the room was very tired, it was probably okay value given how expensive Venice can be.

Cons:

Rooms were really quite scruffy. Stayed two nights in two rooms. First was small, signs of water damage on wall from A/C leaking, bathroom shower head fell off. Room was ok but very tired. Second room/night was similar but more tired. Room smelt and had signs of damp from window leaking. Shower head again fell off. Room very tatty.

It was two times stay: first and the last time.
Pros:

Only breakfast was ok. All the rest was awful. Tiny bathroom with broken handle of showerhead. Noisy neighbours, dirty room.

Cons:

Morning counter worker was rude. She was asked to open the gate to get out with my car and she closed it just before I went through, even thow, she didn't see me going out, she didn't open the gate. I had to go inside and ask her again, then she started yelling at me. It was totally not acceptable.

Pros:

Good location, just a few steps from the train station. Our room was ready a couple of hours earlier than the scheduled check-in time. Excellent value for a two-star hotel, but less so for a three-star.

Cons:

The room was quite cramped, and the bathroom was tiny, with no bidet (crazy in Italy!) and a very small shower.
