Important information:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

Use of the Gym: The minimum age to enter the gym facilities is 14 years old. In such cases, the minor must have the express written authorization of whoever has representation and/or guardianship of the minor and must always be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for him/her at all times.
Use of the SPA is for people over 18 years of age.

LOCAL TAX LAW
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.

Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

* This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.

A child up to 8 years old is allowed to share a bed with their parents.

Use of the SPA is only for those over 18 years of age. Use of the SPA's Heated Pool requires prior reservation.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Llegué un día a las 6de la tarde y la habitacion no estaba hecha. Sali para que la limpiaran y en 2 horas solo hicieron la cama son sacar papeleros ni cambiar toallas ni cambiar sabanas ni limpiar baño

Cons:

No había agua caliente en las habitaciones . No avisan antes de check in por lo que uno no se puede cambiar a tiempo.. recomiendo preguntar llegando si hay algun problema de mantencion o agua en la habitación.

Sin embargo, es sobrevalorado para el valor por noche, las instalaciones no son modernas, las cabeceras y colchones no son cómodos, el desayuno es variado, pero en dos oportunidades saqué tazas sucias (con labial y manchas de café). Fuimos con nuestro bebé y nos proporcionaron una cuna gratis, pero la cuna estaba sucia. Los vasos de la habitación los lavan en los baños. Por otro lado, cuando fuimos nos tocó el ruido de reparaciones, nos cambiaron de habitación y la tina estaba tapada, pedimos en dos oportunidades que la destaparan sin resultado positivo.
Finalmente, la piscina del spa no está disponible para niños, cosa que te informan cuando llegas y no antes. Fuimos en septiembre y evidentemente no queríamos someter a nuestra hija a los cambios de temperatura de la piscina temperada exterior.

La vista del Hotel al lago y al volcán son maravillosas, el desayuno buffet es muy bueno y las habitaciones comodas, personal del hotel muy amable.

Cons:

Los ascensores son muy pequeños, solo 2 y se ven muy viejos, necesitan renovación y la piscina temperada del hotel estaba muy fria.
