A modern and well equipped hotel
Pros:

A decent sized room with a clever partition between the adult bed and the kids' bed, meaning their space was darker to sleep in. Great aircon, good shower.

Cons:

Explanation for the parking could have been a bit clearer - we parked across the road in a public car park (paid for separately but not expensive).

Spacious family room
Pros:

Spacious room with good facilities to cater for the family. Sofa beds already made up and comfortable to sleep on.
Staff were helpful with all requests.
Everything was clean and tidy, it was a pleasant place to spend a night.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit limited for cooked options, some small sausages and questionable scrambled eggs but cold meat and cheese options were good, unfortunately coffee also wasn't great.
The lift was inadequate for the number of hotel rooms, often having to wait extended periods to call it.

Estancia muy buena
Pros:

Todo. La habitación era amplia, las camas cómodas, la ducha estaba genial. Y no nos hizo falta ir a la oficina de turismo porque el chico de la recepción fue muy amable, nos dio un plano y nos explicó lo más importante.
El desayuno estaba rico. Se puede aparcar bien fuera sin pagar.
A pocos minutos del centro andando.

Pros:

Staff is very pleasant and approachable. Rooms are nice and spacious. Bus is available at the back road of the hotel if you want to visit the city centre (only three stops aways from city centre). You can leave your car parked at the hotel for a fee. Restaurants to choose only six minutes walk.

Cons:

I think that the hotel should offer a bit more variety at breakfast, considering the amount that you pay for it. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Perfect hotel voor het verkennen van Rouen
Pros:

Heerlijk ruime kamer. Zelfs een koelkastje, magnetron en mogelijkheid tot het zetten van koffie of thee. Recht tegenover de Seine met enorm veel restaurantjes en vermaak, zoals bowlen en muziek en dergelijke... Het hotel ligt enorm centraal en op loopafstand van het oude centrum maar ook een groot winkelcentrum de andere kant op.
