호텔 입구부터 대마초 냄새가 진동 했고, 방에 들어왔을때 방 청소는 안되어 있고,특히 화장실은 너무 더러웠고 배치되어 있던 수건들은 걸레 같았음.
Nothing. The lock on the door was broken. The bed protector was upside down and dirty. The toilet was beyond disgusting, we didn’t dare shower for a night stay. Even the light switches were covered in idk what. We found a dirty cotton swab, empty tissue box and old room key at the top of the “closet”. We slept in our car part of the night and then covered the bed with our own blankets to sleep for one hour.

The location is convenient. It is somewhat clean
TV was not working. After reporting this to the front desk twice. It was fixed on the second day. Walking to the room the first night there was a woman with her room door open. She was half naked arguing with a man to leave her room it was time for him to go.

Nothing. I wasn’t able to spend the night due to rude customer service and questionable practices.
I booked with this property and the front desk said I messed up the dates (I booked midnight day of and I needed to sleep a few hours before my flight) and the lady at the front desk said my check-in was at 3 pm instead of that moment. Fine. I asked if I can then get a room. She said it was $200 dollars and she only had one room. I said I had already paid via booking.com and just needed the room for a few hours. She said no, I would need to pay for a new room. I reiterated that I had already paid and would be willing to pay the difference of what I paid vs what she was charging me at the moment. She said no, that I have to speak to booking.com. Booking.com said I have to speak to the hotel, went back 5 minutes later and she said she’s all booked and there was no availability. I called booking.com to receive assistance and the at was of no use. I checked online and the location had a room available for $149. At that point I was tired and left. Suffice to say that the location kept my money and I lost out over $100 dollars.
