There were cockroaches in the bathroom, no amenities and even though the hotel offers continental breakfast it was not offered through the priceline website....we were hoping for a clean comfortable stay and instead barely slept and felt like we would have been more comfortable at the motel 6 down the street....
Very attentive and kind staff, plenty of parking, huge comfortable room, well priced for the area and size of the room with full fridge and stove.
The pet area outside was not well maintained and had a lot of trash, the other businesses had signs to keep pets off of their property and only on the designated pet area, would be nice to have a well maintained, grassy, clean area

Not much, maybe just the price
There was no breakfast as promised, no cookwareand such to even cook for ourself
Adam Mooti went above and beyond during my partner’s week-long stay. He was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care during a medical emergency this wasn’t in his job description. It’s rare to find someone who provides this level of customer service and genuine cares about guest common this isn’t a 5 star hotel but Adam provided that type of customer service. Thank you, Adam, for making such a positive difference you truly deserve the review and I will stay here every time I pass thru thank you!
The room was great, the staff outstanding. We will stay here again if in the area.
The only thing I would have liked to see was an ice machine. Should be standard in hotels. Even extended stay hotels.

Had a great stay the staff were kind and really helpful and rooms were clean.

Cold coffee, no staff to be found and a wheelchair shower sucked.
It’s fairly accessible to the 101. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
No breakfast as it advertised. A granola bar and cheap coffee is not breakfast. No toiletries except a bar of soap.
It looked like the cheapest handyman in San Fran maintains this place and the set designers from Stranger Things designed the updates. Looks like they spray painted the fiberglass shower with a funky granite texture as a bathroom update. It’s old and smells old.
