Change the management and most of the staff or just close down the hotel
Pros:

Stayed for a week with my family.First impression is that every member of staff I met was not very happy and even rude.

Room was large, a bit run down and could do with a a makeover and a deep clean.

Breakfast was just ok but again why are the staff so miserable.

Both pools were okay, sun beds not very comfortable but plenty to go around.

Bar was okay when it was actually open.

Lovely beach just across the road through a few bushes .

Would not stay here again even at half the price, STAFF AND MORE IMPORTANTLY THE MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO GO and actually get a job they enjoy.

L accueil la disponibilité et l aide constant du personnel et la patience de comprendre nos besoins. Philippe et kiara ainsi que la manager ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable et avec le sourire nous étions un groupe de 20. Kiara est la meilleure un grand merci à elle

Pros:

La localisation de l’hôtel nous a permis de rejoindre rapidement des lieux touristiques rapidement.

Cons:

Le personnel n’a fait aucun effort pour nous comprendre. Ils ne parlent que ANGLAIS.
Le petit déjeuner était SANS GOÛT, sans Saveur et nous avions pas eu de buffet . Les chambres étaient propres mais un peu vielle.

Pros:

The staff was professional and kind. The rooms was spacious

Cons:

It was a bit dusty and we kept getting baby cockroaches in our bathroom. Breakfast can use an upgrade in taste. The pool was dirty on the first day so we didn't use it at all for the weekend. They cleaned it though because more guests came along

Sun Bay don’t book
Pros:

We have been coming to Barbados for 30 years. The staff in this hotel were beyond awful. When we checked in the receptionist didn’t say hello make eye contact just asked our name and gave us a key. This theme carried on with each staff member the breakfast was disgusting. Instant coffee stale cereal unclean table. We checked out after two nights.

Hôtel correct mais plutôt mort durant la période où nous y étions.
Pros:

Le personnel était professionnel et à l'écoute dans l'ensemble.
Les espaces étaient plutôt bien entretenus.

Cons:

La piscine était sale après le passage des jardiniers. je n'ai vu aucun nettoyage s'effectuer durant notre séjour.
Le bar et le restaurant n'étaient pas très attractifs.
L'absence de restauration le midi ou le soir était très inconfortable. Nous étions obligés de sortir tous les soirs. Avec des enfants en bas âge cela est contraignant.

Budget friendly resort.
Pros:

The separate pool. Service was excellent. Staff was helpful when needed. Breakfast option was excellent.

Was adequate, i would recommend.
Pros:

Breakfast was enjoyable! Stay was short but the front desk receptionist that booked us in was very helpful and pleasant throughout our stay.
