Cons:

The service has been very poor over the past year; the last time I visited—in September 2025—it was excellent, but this time it was terrible. The manager's attitude was appalling, and the pool bar offered no service—everything was frozen. It’s a shame. Regarding the in-room coffee service, there was only one packet for two people over the course of three days; the air conditioner noise was horrible and kept me from sleeping, and the toilet wouldn't flush

Hollywood Beach Tower and the Broadwalk
Pros:

Stayed at Hollywood Beach Tower from April 11 through 15. Didn't meet our expectations for this resort/hotel. They had some issues with water leaks from the nineth floor down and due to that there was some kind of odor on the hallway of some floors. We had to change our rooms to another floor due to this. Looks like they use their rooms for timeshare clients. The only advantage is that this is right on the Hollywood beach and you can walk out to the Broadwalk/Boardwalk where they have many restaurants by the beach. The broadwalk is a fun place in the evening with lots of activities like you can rent cycles to ride along. The ocean was a bit rough (high tides) during the days when we were there. Somedays they have concerts near the Margaritaville resort. Ofcourse, Miami is not too far away.

It’s a beautiful beach and family friendly, the reviews were pretty spot on so I won’t elaborate but
Pros:

Enjoyed the boardwalk and pool area, lots of shops and restaurants. Very nice location and very family friendly.

Cons:

Basically the staff was nice, with the exception of a young woman at the front desk who had horrible customer service skills. She was rude and extremely unprofessional. A family of four standing near and heard our conversation told me she’d done the same to them. She continued with her attitude the whole five days I was there. If the owners are interested I have her name and a snap shot of her resting rude face, I’d be happy to send it to corporate.

Employees make this worth it!
Pros:

We got there after a hard day. We were so tired and just wanted to go to bed. Checked in and immediately the front desk employee Darian was so so sweet. The two security guards Samy and Paul were switching places for their next shift so we got to meet both of them! :) When we got to the room we had an issue with the pull out bed, I went down to inform them (not complain!) that way we wouldn’t be charged. Samy immediately would not take no for an answer and moved our rooms and helped us to the next with all of our stuff. We ended up at the tower because of a problem with a previous hotel, but this stay made up for everything so we were so grateful to finally feel truly accommodated. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before the night ended, we didn’t end up using many of the facilities except for the pool which was great, the road sounds are minimal so that was nice as well. We were supplied with everything we needed and more. Thank you!!!

We love staying there. Employees are nice and helpful, it’s got a great pool area. It’s beachfront.
Cons:

Some items needed for cooking use were not in unit type A. In type B unit, no items I.e. napkins, plates, utensils etc. to use microwave.

La limpieza es.lo único que me gusta del hotel...

Cons:

1. La falta de ofertas de comida y bebidas... todo es por horarios y uno se queda con ganas de ci er t beber porque todo cierra temprano ahh y si venden bebidas no venden comida y viceversa.... vaya super decepcionado..

2.En las habitaciones me pasé 3 noches no la limpian no ponen más aseo ni papeles ni nada es de verdad horrible.

Would not recommend
Pros:

Property was eh. Didn't smell great, couldn't get hot water on the second day and not the best cleanliness but a place to sleep for the 2 nights we were there and right on the beach.

Left my hoody in the closest and reached out twice to ask that it was shipped back to me. Was told it was going to be and they would reach back out about payment for shipping but they never actually did send it.

Cons:

La pileta estaba limpia el primer dia, luego se veia muy turbia. No limpian la habitacion, solo cambian las toallas dos veces a la semana.
