Lovely property and the staff and rooms were amazing!! I found my new spot to stay at from now on.
Pros:

The property was beautiful and the room was so clean, I could smell the bleach when I came in. Alyssa and Jazmine at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service!! I would definitely stay again. The price was right and it was not too far from the beach. I found my hotel I will stay at Pismo beach from now on!

Cons:

I liked everything. No complaints whatsoever.

Nemůžu asi posoudit všechno kolem hotelu, protože jsme dorazili ve 22:00 a odjížděli hned ráno. Ale pokoj byl opravdu velký a prostorný pro 4 členou partu cestovatelů. Na pokoji bylo úžasné ticho. Velmi pohodlné postele jako v předchozím pobytu v řetězci Hilton.

Cons:

Poplatek za parkování v hotelu, který není uprostřed velkého města moc nepotešil.

Poorly maintained.

Location is great!

Cons:

Rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. I had to wipe doors and walls down with Lysol wipes to remove smudges left behind. We had to rinse out the dirty tub. And, my kid had an “accident” - wet the bed, we asked them to change the bed with a new mattress cover, instead they made the bed over the wet mattress cover! Unacceptable!! Very sloppy!

Wonderful..clean hotel in fantastic location.
Pros:

Great front desk ladies..room very clean and big. Great t v and love the double sink..Great water pressure. Nice decor..Great location. Easy parking

Cons:

Too much air freshener spray. Beds should be replaced..too soft and saggy for my back.
