Location and staff are great.
The rooms need a deep cleaning. Bathroom vents are filled with dust, rusty tubs around drains. Rooms need a huge updating.

The room was gross and dirty. Some of the lamps did not have light bulbs, the TV channels suck, the bed was hard and had stains on the sheets as well as the wash cloth
Location was great. View of the ocean and the sky. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony because our room was not ready when we got there.
Wanted to call the front desk to ask a question but no one answered. I called the main number for the hotel and they answered right away. They said that you could not call to the front desk internally. Staff were somewhat friendly, but not very much.

You could hear everything happening in the hallway
We had a great room and enjoyed convience of walking to the beach. Breakfast was good but was disappointed that you no longer have the waffle maker.
We have stayed at this location for many years because of the location. We were very upset that we now have to pay for parking while we are there. The front desk staff was not very friendly and the young lady that checked us in was quite rude. We plan to start looking for other locations to stay when visiting Fla.
There was a smoker in the room next to mine. It took them a day, but they were able to accommodate a move. Smoke was in my room, my sheets and clothes.
Location, cleanliness, awesome breakfast! Jacuzzi tub was awesome!
The pillows and mattress wasn’t soft. My room was near the ice machine and it was noisy at night/ early morning. Asked staff for a room change but they didn’t accommodate.

Room smelled like mildew, was charged for parking - $45. The parking charge was not clear or explained.
