Hateful & disrespectful front desk staff
Pros:

The jacuzzi tub in the king suite.

Cons:

How hateful the staff was at the front desk. Every single male that I spoke with behaved as if I inconvenienced them by my presence, refused to accommodate to keep the guests happy to let us return to the pool the next morning, but instead spoke to me with condescending disrespect, or it could have been the fact that I used booking.com why I was treated so differently. This was the same treatment during the previous booking at the Hard Rock a month prior. Will not return again.

Wird einem Hard Rock nicht gerecht
Pros:

Geräumiges Zimmer, alles sauber, kostenloser Parkplatz

Cons:

• Ausblick vom Fenster auf eine Wand
• Kein Hard Rock Cafe' im Hotel, somit weder Frühstück noch Abendessen im Hard Rock Stil
• der Shop nur ein Franchise
• das vorhandene Restaurant hatte nicht geöffnet
• die vorhandenen Bar's lagen nur im Casino-Bereich, daher die dauernde Lärmbelästigung der Automaten

Pros:

Everything was great! The bed was the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept on in a long time!

Cons:

Nothing! Other than the fact we had never been there before so we didn’t know what elevator to use. Maybe if the front desk people checking is in can direct you in the appropriate direction to the elevator that would be beneficial. Thankfully a staff member got on the elevator and let us know we was on the wrong on!

1) Need white noise to sleep (i.e. fan). 2) Need rock music at the adult pool, had blaring rap.
