Pros:

Ottima struttura in Quartu Sant'Elena non distante dalla città. Ampio parcheggio e piscina riservata con possibilità di prendere il sole ed avere un buon relax.

Cons:

Struttura un pò vecchiotta, avrebbe bisogno di un bella rigenerazione edile nelle camere e fuori.

Una persona fissa al bar é necessaria.
Lasciare le camere libere alle 10 é limitativo per chi deve andarsene. Dovunque io ho lasciato le camere non prima delle 12/13

Cons:

Сніданки були лише мучні. Пелюшка водонепроникна на матраці. Що не було пляжних рушників-їх потрібно будо купувати на день і ще давати завдаток.Шумоізоляція. біля ліжка була лише одна розетка. З кондиціонера капав конденсат в шкаф на одіяла.

Colazione ottima/eccellente "con dolci ed affettati variegati, frutta abbondante, yogurteria e cereali, cappuccini d'orzo e di caffè strepitosi nel bilanciamento perfetto tra un espresso corposo e una crema di latte vellutata (la cosiddetta microfoam), senza bolle d'aria visibili grazie alla maestria del barman/cameriere Sig. Matteo (top per disponibilità ed empatia)"; la piscina è molto pulita e ben vigilata dal bagnino sempre presente " ottimi gli ombrelloni ed i lettini a disposizione; posizione strategica dell'Hotel per raggiungere tutte le cale/spiagge/baie/costiera del Sinnai e la stessa Cagliari "Poetto e Marina piccola"; da evidenziare l'eccellente servizio in Reception della Sig.ra Francesca e del Sig. Simone "per disponibilità, empatia e supporto concreto ad ogni richiesta..."; un plauso anche allo Chef che ci ha deliziati ogni sera con menù variegati di pasta, carne e pesce " sapori autentici e creatività negli abbinamenti"

L'accueil, le parking assez vaste!.
Le petit déjeuner de qualité!. (Une seule machine a café, dommage!).

Les horaires d'ouvertures de la piscine sont trop limités.
Le service au restaurant aléatoire, selon les humeurs du personnel (service tardif et des erreurs de plats, pas de pain servi). Une des deux serveuses pas agréable à nos sollicitations!.

Персонал в ресторане это просто отвратительно несдаровается попросил тарелку указали берите грязную это было отвратительно старый человек работал был очень приятный всем хотел помоч поднести Кофе два мушиных на ресепшене очень дружелюбные и это настоящие итальянцы всегда хотели помоч все остальной персонал недружелюбный кабута они мне заплатили и требуют внимания хотя должно быть иначе Молодой человек нагрубил мне и две девушки в ресторане были недружелюбны это было ужас но смотреть сервис был в задницем

De accomodatie was oud, versleten en slecht onderhouden.
We kregen in plaats van badstof handdoeken, doeken wat meer theedoeken lijken qua stof. Ook op verzoek kregen we geen badstof handdoeken.
Het ontbijt was karig met alleen zoete taart, defecte koffieautomaat. Naturel yoghurt was op, de aangelengde sappen waren zo zoet dat het niet te drinken was.
Het zwembad moest je via de nooduitgang benaderen, trap langs de electrische installaties en containers.
De aankomst hal ruikt naar open afvoerput.
Dit hotel in niet 4 ster waardig.

Ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles !

Restauration excellente avec pas de choix et qualité que ce soit au petit déjeuner qu au dîner
Piscine agréable avec transat
Personnel de l accueil et du service dîner très souriant et sympathique
Chambre spacieuse et lit confortable
Parking spacieux et idéal moto

Volet de la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas
Serveuse du petit déjeuner très désagréable
Climatisation bruyante
Une simple carafe d' eau facturée 2 € le même tarif qu'une bouteille d' eau qui elle est fermée !
