Ottimo soggiorno e cucina molto buona.
Pros:

La colazione molto ricca e fornita, anche per chi gradisce la colazione salata. Gradita la disponibilità del personale a soddisfare esigenze particolari come il cappuccino senza lattosio.
Il periodo del soggiorno, per condizioni meteo non ha permesso l'utilizzo della piscina, che per altro è molto bella.

Cons:

Unico inconveniente è stato il guasto dell'ascensore, ma capita anche nel condominio in cui abito.

Staff are 10/10, hotel not so much...

The staff were very polite, friendly and did their best within their means

Cons:

We booked specifically because it stated they had a pool and AC. The pool was closed and the AC wasn't switched on.
While I understand pools are only open during certain dates, this was not clear enough when we booked.
We have a 3.5 month old baby and the room was reading at 28C at night. Even with the window wide open.
The staff very kindly gave us a fan but it wasn't enough. The baby cried all night in the heat and we're all covered in mosquito bites from having the window open. Management need to reconsider their AC policy and switch it on as needed and not just during certain times of year.
