Un quiero y no puedo para ser 4 estrellas.
Pros:

El personal súper agradable, las instalaciones y las habitaciones muy grandes.

Cons:

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado durante toda ola de calor de julio 2026. La piscina tenía el agua turbia. La comida era pésima, las ensaladas calientes, la comida sin sabor…no se merece ser 4 estrellas. Pero lo del aire acondicionado lo peor.

Me gustó absolutamente TODO.
Limpieza impecable, habitación limpia todo los días… y que decir del personal del hotel, sobre todo los camareros Kevin de la piscina, Gorka , Antonio, la chica peliroja ( con perdón, me he olvidado de su nombre 🥺)IMPRESIONANTES, jamás en mi vida no me han tratado así de bien como en este hotel!
EN HORA BUENA CHICOS , SOIS LOS MEJORES!

Unser Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder wähle
Pros:

Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das abwechslungsreiche Abendbuffet, das jeden Tag unter einem anderen Ländermotto stand. Dadurch bot sich täglich eine neue kulinarische Auswahl, sodass das Essen nie eintönig oder langweilig war.
Auch das Frühstück überzeugte mit einer grossen Auswahl und viel Abwechslung, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war.

Cons:

Es gab nichts Negatives. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder besuchen.
Als kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre es schön, wenn das Gym etwas moderner ausgestattet und eventuell etwas grösser gestaltet würde.

La tranquilidad del hotel sobre todo en la piscina ..El personal muy amable.Las habitaciones muy comodas Todo muy bien ,para repetir

La comida estaba buena ,pero muy repetida no había mucha variedad .Las camareras de piso deberían cuidar un poco el tono en el que hablan ya que a las 8.30 hablan bastante fuerte y en el silencio del hotel se oye muchísimo...a mi me despertaron las 3 mañanas que estuve....deberían cuidar un poco eso del resto todo perfecto
