trop tot en saison pour la piscine extérieur et le mini put
Joli environnement extérieur avec les différentes commodités comme le spa, le bain froid, le lac, le mini-putt,etc. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables.
Il y a peu d’espace de bains chauds et froids, ce qui fait en sorte que lorsqu’il y a beaucoup de gens au manoir, ça peut être très serré.

We've been there at least 8 times in the last 4 years. Location is great, staff is really nice.
This place is getting old and would need upgrade, renovation on the bathrooms. Rooms were upgraded but bathrooms no and the is sad. You have a beautiful and modern room but bathroom are like original from the beginning and the shows!
Lot of important are needed there. Also, their card system is crazy, they demagnetizes for nothing, even when they're not in contact with your cell. Happened 4 times during the only night we were there! So have to go all the way down the lobby to get them reprogrammed!
We stay often in hotels and almost never have issues like that but there, it's crazy!
And u was not alone, other were at the lobby for that as well.
Also, Wi-Fi.... The cell network is not great in this area (Bell, Fizz, Public Mobile) but their Wi-Fi is not better!
Even if the signal looks good, speed is super slow (and also our open so not very secure)
Also for the breakfast option, they only have buffet which is quite expensive. No À la carte option...

On lake, lovely area. Great staff, incredibly helpful and courteous.
No elevators which was surprising. We were on 3rd floor quite a walk, with luggage, from reception.
J’ai appelé le jeudi soir directement au Manoir du Lac Delage et j’ai demandé à la dame de me laisser la chambre que je voulais réserver au prix de mon coupon promorabais à 129.$ qui était valide jusqu’au 30 avril. Elle me disait de ne pas être en mesure de le faire. Elle m’a fait un prix pour une chambre et c’était beaucoup + cher que si je réservais moi-même avec booking. J’ai donc réservé avec booking et lorsque je suis arrivé sur place, la gentille demoiselle m’a dit que si j’aurais appelé directement au manoir et réservé qu’il m’aurait accepté le prix avec le coupon promorabais. Mais là, vu que j’étais avec booking, il ne pouvait rien faire. J’étais très déçue que la dame de jeudi soir, m’ait induite en erreur.
J’ai donc payé beaucoup + cher que j’aurais dû. De plus, qu’on réserve souvent au Manoir.
Je ne réserverai plus jamais avec booking.

Bel emplacement, lit confortable.
Pas d’ascenseur. J’ai une fracture de la cheville, la chambre était au 3 ieme étage, donc éloigné et beaucoup d’escalier
Très propre, très jolie vue, personnel très accueillant et a l'écoute.
La chambre est propre et spacieuse avec une jolie vue.
Les bains chauds et le sauna en extérieur sont super, avec une jolie vue.
Le fait qu'il y ai une machine a glace mais qu'il n'y ai pas de fontaine a eau dans les couloirs. la seule fontaine est assez loin.
