Choose another Hotel next time
Pros:

Location was great! Very quiet area with clean rooms and proper lighting.

Cons:

The staff was not attentive. Worse staff for in my about 20 hotels across Spain. There was only one young man I will give 5 stars at check-in !
The regular rooms have soluble powder coffee to use with hot water. Only the Suites get a coffee pot, I was told. Staff not helpful at all. We stayed 3 nights at about 260 Euros a night.
Will not stay again and not recommend

La ubicación, excelente. Desayuno muy variado y muy buena calidad. Muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

La relación calidad precio del alojamiento no me parece ajustada, al menos, teniendo en cuenta la habitación en la que nos hospedamos. La almohada era incomodísima.

Además, mis compañeras pidieron que no escanee su DNI porque, según la norma, el hotel no está autorizado. Por ello, pidieron al personal del Hotel que tomasen directamente los datos viendo su DNI, sin escanear. Sin embargo, ellas tuvieron que introducir manualmente todos los datos en la pantalla del ordenador, diciendo el personal frases del hotel ‘ que lo hagan ellas que tardarán más’ .

Puede parecer una tontería, pero viniendo de un Hotel de esta cadena, no me parece apropiado.

Me he alojado en muchísimos hoteles y esto, pienso, no procede.

Das hilfsbereite und freundliche Personal, die Lage, das Frühstück, die Einrichtung, die Sauberkeit, die Ruhe trotz der zentralen Lage und am besten war, dass die Unterkunft in einer der schönsten Städte überhaupt liegt 😍

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schon ziemlich eng, aber das ist eben so in Barcelona

Toller Aufenthalt
Pros:

Tolles es Frühstücksbuffet. Fassade vom Hotel historisch und innen modern umgebaut und eingerichtet. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. 7 Minuten von nächster Metro entfernt. Gute Matratzen.

Cons:

In nächster Umgebung wenige Restaurant.
