Pros:

Pros:

Very clean and nice staff. Attentive and nice. Reasonable priced. Good location walking distance.

Cons:

Air conditioning did not work and we got given a fan for the first night which was very hot. Water pressure also changed a lot

Excelente hotel! Atención excepcional

Todo estuvo excelente! La ubicación, a distancia a pie de los principales puntos turísticos. El desayuno muy bueno, agua de cortesía todos los días, la cama y las almohadas super cómodas. Pero lo que más destaco es la amabilidad y dedicación del personal. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con el aire acondicionado y nos dejaron chocolates de regalo como disculpas. La atención del personal de recepción y desayuno son el distintivo de este hotel, están pendientes de cualquier necesidad y eso siempre se valora al estar de visitante en una ciudad. Volveríamos sin dudarlo!!!

Quartos espaçosos, com excelente climatização e camas confortáveis. Localização perfeita. Equipe toda muito cordial e amável, com destaque para o Alejandro, no café da manhã. Ótimo café da manhã.

Pros:

Tout, notre surclassement surprise avec une chambre + Balcon vue sur la Sagrada. Le lit hyper confortable, les équipements bref nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Emplacement central et bon petit déjeuner :-) ♡.

Top hotel met goede prijs-kwaliteit
Pros:

Top kamers, zeer net en schoon hotel, alsmede de kamers. Ontbijt is prima, goed geprijsd (15,95€). Diverse faciliteiten zoals gym, fietshuur etc ook ideaal. Luxueuze uitstraling icm kwaliteit kamers.

Я хотела попасть в отель этой сети, но теперь точно туда ни ногой!

Здравствуйте, в общем все нормально. Мы заселились, ок! Утром завтракаем, кофе холодный, а сама зона для завтраков ледяная. В общем пошла я спрашивать персонал на кухне. Выглянула крикливая и неприятная женщина, начала со мной разговаривать. Я объяснила ей ситуацию, но она свое что-то говорит и все. Ничего мы не добились от нее. Она вообще не довольная ушла, что мы ее побеспокоили. Потом начали вдвоем со вторым сотрудником собирать посуду с соседних столов. С таким грохотом и звоном. Я такое, честно, в первый раз слышу и вижу. В итоге после завтрака я подошла все таки к рецепшен и сказала что кофе холодный. Он молодец, сразу пошел и начал разбираться и действительно аппарат для кофе не работает, но самое интересное, там имеется второй такой же аппарат, в котором нормальный горячий кофе. Вот почему сотрудники кухни мне не сказали об этом? Это большой вопрос? Ну и сам завтрак честно говоря не восторг, горячего ничего нет, кофе холодный и сам зал ледяной. Ощущение, как будто ты в холодильнике.
