Great experience

Charged $15.00 for a frozen pot pie at the market downstairs in the lobby. What?! Also could not get Uber Eats delivered to room had to go to lobby. $450 a night??? Very expensive tiny room. No good luggage carts only the tiny airport push ones. Pool/jacuzzi had fiber insulation floating on top got in us and caused allergic reactions/itching.

My stay was very good. I plan to return when traveling to Tallahassee.
Pros:

My room was very clean. The receptionist was very helpful. The location was great for my daughter’s college tour. The included breakfast options was a wonderful bonus.

Cons:

The elevators seemed to be in need of repair. The hallway carpeting could use a refresh.

Well located, spacious rooms, too loud music in the common areas
Pros:

The hotel is located just next to the basket ball stadium in the middle of town. The rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds.

Cons:

The background music in the common areas (reception, work area, breakfast room and the gym) is much too loud. Having to raise your voice to be able to speak to the person next to you is simply annoying and I do not see the why the music has to be so loud. According to the staff they cannot adjust the volume as this a ”corporate” decision. Pretty sure everybody would feel more comfortable in a less noisy environment. Background music in itself is good, but the volume needs to adjust to people without hearing problems.

A great option to stay right in Collegetown, Tallahassee.
Pros:

The hotel is very well located in the heart of Collegetown, and its facilities are in line with the price and what the hotel chain it belongs to generally offers.

Cons:

I didn't appreciate the lengthy check-in process, which didn't include any explanation of the services included in the package or the $35 parking fee, especially during a low-occupancy period like the weekend I stayed.
