Unfair billing policy
Pros:

The property was clean & comfortable.

Cons:

While the staff were very pleasant people, and the room was clean and welcoming, our stay was poisoned by a silly policy call.

Due to a minor clerical error on my part, of reserving a room for Sunday 7/19 when our arrival was planned for 7/18. We arrived on the 18th and paid for the room apart from the reservation.

I requested a refund from the hotel clerk & was told that she would put a request into Booking.com. Both Booking.com and the property have refused to refund the charge for the second day, while also collecting the first day's rental fee, where we only stayed for 1.

Outstanding. I am a repeat customer. Will return to this property if rooms are available.
Pros:

Variety of options. Customer Service was outstanding. Cost was not excessive as in other hotels.

Cons:

Not Applicable for my staff. Front Desk Staff provided excellent customer service.

Expensive but clean
Pros:

The rooms were clean and spacious.

Cons:

Meals were small and extremely overpriced. My sister and I ordered salads that were priced at $16 each. The salads were in 5" x 5" containers. A disgrace. We felt robbed

Clean, comfortable and a great location
Pros:

Location was great for our purposes..Although we just stayed for night, we had a very comfortable stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We asked for a later check out and they were happy to do that.

I had a meeting that I had to conduct. And they could arrange a comfortable conference room for me to have the meeting.

Overall experience was positive and I surely would stay there again.

Cons:

Didnt stay long enough to comment on what I didnt like.
