Courtyard by Marriott Phuket Town

Best location, nice and clean, 5 stars hotel.

Great location to explore Phuket town, lovely staff, clean rooms.

We are lucky to stay here, right on the edge of the Old Town. All the attractions are within walking distance. On arrival to the hotel, we were greeted most warmly at the front desk by JB, who proceeded to check us in very swiftly. She was helpful and gave us tips on what to see around the hotel.

The room we were assigned to was spacious, and had all the amenities that we required for our stay. The bed was especially comfortable. I corresponded with the hotel prior to arrival for an airport transfer and the transaction was seamless.

The room rate was inclusive of breakfast and we had it on the 2nd floor. The spread was adequate and had a mix of Thai and Western dishes. I also found time to dip in the pool and I realise the water was slightly salty. It was different from the chlorinated water found in most pools.

I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Old Town Phuket, beyond the beach.

Breakfast spread is good. Clean and comfortable room. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Nothing. I checked in here and didn’t feel safe so checked out two hours later and they wouldn’t give me a refund on any of my booking. I understand paying for the first night as a cancellation fee but I requested a partial refund and they refused.

Exceptional service. The facility was clean and rooms were amazing. The pool was also a dream and the staff really welcoming and helpful.

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel home away from home: Mai, Chef Lee Kuan Foo, Risma, Mas, Knight, Plai, Rath, Tide, Chef Yee, Tee, Jasmine, Petch, Angga, Kie, Opal, Joy, Usman, Freud, Nu, Nam Wan, Cream, Vong, Make, Haroon, Chef Sak, Fah, Not and Bank.

Very first time staying at the COURTYARD PHUKET TOWN, though being to Phuket too many times we were new to this Hotel.

This hotel gives you the vibe of a true Heritage Feel and amazingly so well maintained especially when the Building is not New,clearly shows a Good Housekeeping Team and Engineering Team.

The moment we arrived we were greeted by the BellBoy “TIDE” who helped us immediately with our bags and luggages. Tide was very resourceful in giving us all the information we needed and more,this guy could really speak good fluent English. Thank you TIDE, you did Great!!

Courtyard Phuket Town has a great wonderful lobby with a fantastic Front Office Team, we were Checked In By “JASMINE” whom was so sweet and helpful in all ways. Front Office upgraded our room,thank you very much.

The Huge Highlight is the Room,well what can I say such a Beautiful room was allocated to us and well it was so Spic and Span clean and it really felt like we were in a true Heritage Hotel. The Bathroom was huge and it had an enormous hand basin which I personally loved. The Bathroom floor was not like most hotels in dark color it was in pure white flooring and it was so well maintained and super clean not a strain of hair or dirt on the corners.A Huge Salute to the HOUSEKEEPING TEAM for keeping the rooms so well, thank you guys!

The food in their restaurant tasted so good and their Thai Fried Rice was one of the Best we had in Phuket. The Breakfast consisted of good spread of Dishes and not forgetting the good service of thier F&B crew “FAH”, “MAS” and “PLOY” they were always eager to serve with a SMILE. Thank you CULINARY TEAM and F&B TEAM.

We actually booked only 2 days in this hotel but ended up extending our stay another 2 days because of their SERVICE and STANDARDS.

VERY STRONGLY RECOMMENDED HOTEL for those whom appreciate SERVICE and STANDARDS. Thank you so much for making OUR stay such a wonderful one COURTYARD PHUKET TOWN.
