This is not a 4 star hotel. They even don't provide soap near the sink, needed to ask for it.
Great pool. Well thought out. Room was just right. Staff were SO friendly and always had our tea put on the table as soon as we sat down.

If I had to pick something it would have been the shower water being very temperamental but that was it. Everything else was great
It was nicely located, near old town with a lot of food, boutique, shopping options, everything was 10 mins walk away. Room size was good, view was also good from our window. Room number was 1515 i think. The lobby entrance, restaurant and breakfast areas were really nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. 7- 11 was 2 minutes walk away. A nice peaceful hotel. Will definitely stay there again. My son loved the pool, there was also a kids play area. Its a great choice for family.

Except for being renovated, extra clean, fresh and pleasant, this hotel was my best sleep, due to extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The staff is amazing. The pool is great! As is expected from such a respectful chain.
