Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the centre of Phuket Town, and you can easily walk to all the main attractions.

For the Big Buddha, we took a Grab and it took around 40 minutes, which was very easy and convenient.

The breakfast was really good, with lots of variety and everything was delicious. The staff were also very friendly, helpful and attentive.

Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

A wonderful hotel with excellent service, friendly staff and exceptionally clean rooms. Highly recommended!

The staff were very polite and welcoming. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the service was excellent. The swimming pool was also very clean and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

A comfy and classy hotel next to the old Phuket town
Pros:

Very beautiful hotel with nice and comfortable rooms and spacious bathroom, well air-conditioned.
Excellent location next to the old Phuket town.
Nice pool with enough space around the bar area and several sunbeds.
Coffee served at breakfast was top quality.

Cons:

The food served was not as tasty as expected for its class.
No variety for European style breakfast.

It's a place with a truly perfect location
Many great restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away
There are also massage parlors and nail salons nearby, and since I’m a Bonvoy member, they were somewhat understanding of my late checkout
