Clean and very good breakfast
Hice la reserva aproximadamente 5 meses atrás, me cancelaron la reserva el mismo que tenia vuelo. No se hicieron cargo, y me querían cobrar otro precio (4 veces mayor) que el que había reservado. Tuve que conseguir hotel el mismo día que viaje.

La Cabrera steak restaurant on site, which was excellent.
We booked a suite which was a great size for us, however the rooms could do with a major update. Bed was very comfortable.
There was a football team staying at the Sheraton next door during our stay. Lots of facilities, such as the roof bar, were closed exclusively for them.
Lots of football fans outside which was extremely noisy.
Rooms could do with being refurbished.

Excellent location, friendly staff
There was a smell of something like tea tree oil or frankincense in the hallway and the room so strong that I developed a headache, and it was impossible to sleep. We had to open the door to the balcony to try and ventilate the room, and it was about 1 degree Celsius outside and getting colder, so definitely very uncomfortable. We notified the front desk and I don’t think anything was done about it.

Estar pegado al Sheraton le da más prestigio al complejo.
El baño es demasiado pequeño. Las camas individuales son demasiado angostas
Desayuno: ponen una paleta de mala calidad y si cobran 3000 pesos mas por día pueden poner un jamon coicdo respetable y ganan 2500 mas por desayuno y nadie se quejaría. te cobra el parking 10000 pesos pordía, podrian incluirlo en valor de la habitación que n ves de pagar 977000 pagaría 1007000,
