Me gusto la atencion del personal, todos muy amables.

Cons:

La comida y los tragos podrian mejorar, el sauna no deberia tener ese aroma tan acido y los insectos en las areas comunes.

everything from the moment you arrive and are greeted by the wonderful staff, they could not be more helpful. The hotel is quite, 10 minutes from. the centre, good breakfast, great Yoga class is you want, also good message, great breakfast, Buzious is great place to visit, we were there 5 nights. This hotel is old style wonderful character if your looking for something totally polished it might not suit you, we have high standards and loved it.

HOTEL MARAVILLOSO! ESTADÍA PERFECTA! 🩵

Me encantó absolutamente todo! Estadía maravillosa! El personal tan amable y bien dispuesto! Las chicas que colaboraban en el desayuno FORMIDABLES!!!! Su alegría. Su actitud para resolver y hacerte sentir siempre estupendamente! La comida y la variedad excelentes!
La habitación hermosa! Inmensa… con un balcón que nos permitió disfrutar, tomar mate, charlar! La ubicación esta muy bien porque está cerquita del centro pero no en el ruido. Gracias!

A peaceful oasis filled with kind people
Pros:

The staff were super helpful and kind. At breakfast, the women always started the day with joy. It felt like being cared for by family. In reception they helped with anything I needed and took time to chat about life which was always a pleasure. I will definitely come back here! Búzios is a paradise and this is a beautiful base to enjoy it from.

Todos amables y sonrientes, preocupados de tener en el fregobar lo que pedimos el primer día. Desayuno esquisito y las chicas muy alegres.

Pregunte por una receta de un pan y a los 10 minutos me llegó impresa. Lindo detalle!

Por la puntuación creí que el hotel tenía mejores instalaciones.
Pros:

El personal y en particular las señoras que atendían el desayuno fueron increíbles con una amabilidad y servicio al cliente nivel superior !!! Excelentes .. les agradezco enormemente por habernos atendido con tanto cariño!!!!

Cons:

El hotel me dejó con una sensación de falta de manutención… en general en sus espacios pero por sobre todo en las habitaciones las camas estaban hundidas !!! Los colchones sin cubre colchón ! Los muebles los abrías y se desarmaban … lamentablemente esto era muy notorio . Está muy bien ubicado y es lindo pero esto juega en contra

Un hôtel que je recommande un havre de paix
Pros:

C’est un établissement très agréable au calme de belles chambres spacieuses et confortables Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux avec une diversité de choix
le personnel est très gentil
La vue depuis le chambre est magnifique depuis le hamac sur la terrasse c est très sympa
Accès à la Orla en 15 min à pied

Le personnel a été remarquable, toujours disponible avec d’excellentes recommandations et idées de sorties.
Nous avons apprécié le petit-déjeuner, varié et savoureux, avec notamment des gaufres au fromage, des toasts œuf-avocat et du yaourt maison.
De plus, l’hôtel a un partenariat avec un beach bar situé sur la plage de Brava, offrant une boisson de bienvenue ainsi que l’accès à des bains de soleil. La plage est absolument splendide, et nous avons même eu la chance d’y nager avec des tortues. Il suffit d’être attentif aux petites têtes qui émergent de l’eau, puis de s’en approcher tout doucement pour profiter de ce moment unique.
Bien que l’hôtel ne soit pas le plus récent, son charme et son atmosphère tropicale lui donne une identité chaleureuse et très agréable.
