Très insatisfaits.

La proximité avec le motif de notre séjour

L’accueil,
Nous étions à la même époque en 2025 satisfait de cet hôtel. Cet année tout était compliqué. Nous sommes passés à 10h comme cela avait été convenu au téléphone. Il a fallu parlementer pendant une bonne demi-heure avant d’obtenir les cartes nous permettant d’accéder à nos chambres après l’heure de fermeture de l’accueil le soir.
Nous n’avons pas pu accéder à une des deux chambres et avons du appeler une personne mal aimable qui nous a orienté vers le gardien. Dans le noir le chien du gardien a réagi. Le gardien est venu nous ouvrir avec son passe.
Nous ne réserverons plus dans cet Hôtel.

Le personnel très agréable, chambre moderne et confortable.

Cons:

L’absence de communication sur les horaires d’ouverture et de présence sur place. Problème de l’hôtel ou défaut d’informations par Booking?
Malgré cela le personnel à su s’organiser pour optimiser notre arrivée.
Petit déjeuner pourrais être amélioré.

Nous étions chambre 214, près de la porte de sortie. Un peu bruyant quand les clients entrent ou sortent, la porte claquée assez fort, peut-être juste régler le frein de la porte.

Great place for an overnight to break a journey
Pros:

Bedroom clean and comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

Problem with the gas so only pizza on offer in the evening instead of the normal menu offering.
