Outstanding as usual
Pros:

Location in Retiro neighborhood, close to Sainz de Baranda metro station and a few blocks from Movistar Arena Madrid (Wizink Center). Breakfast of high quality and variety. Very clean. Strong internet signal. Bed quite comfortable. Our favorite hotel in Madrid along with Crowne Plaza Madrid, both hotels under IHG.

Cons:

Prices have increased over the years, but overall Madrid is more expensive now.

Great hotel location
Pros:

Like I said location was great, in a residential area of Madrid near restaurants and tourist attractions. The room was modern, comfortable bedding. Bathroom with modern fixtures. Breakfast was really great. Bar was cosy and friendly. The staff very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this property.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room is big and bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is big. There was an iron in the room, kettle, coffee and tea. The hotel is close the metro and bus station. There are some restaurants around.

Pros:

Que experiencia maravilhosa se hospedar nesse hotel. Começando pela simpatia e esforço do staff em falar algumas palavras em português, uma graça. O quarto super confortável e com ótimo tamanho para os padrões de Madrid. Cama e travesseiros ótimos. Banheiro enorme, amei isso! O café da manhã me surpreendeu muito! Várias opções deliciosas, com muitas qualidade e com um ovos fritos perfeitos. Excelente localização, muito tranquilo fora do fervo dos turistas. Fiquei encanto com toda a decoração.
